Didn't like the fact that the room was not efficient the lighting over the sink just flashed water sprayed everywhere on you brushing your teeth could not take a shower due to the fact it looked like it might fall in on top of it was not clean whatsoever

Due to Covid-19, they not only did not serve breakfast as advertised, but there was no coffee maker in the lobby or in my room. Also, my room was not cleaned for the 2nd night. I was told I would have had to ask for that, yet nothing was mentioned when I checked-in. I had only one large towel. The others were scratchy and stained. There was an enormous stain on the fold-out couch. I didn't dare sit on it.

I like that the hotel is next to a Mennonite church and graveyard.

Bed bug infested room on mattresses in my room, both beds were terrible. Was an very shocked to awaken to bites all over our bodies. As the room seemed to be very well maintained and clean, as we have stayed there before. Hope this health matter is resolved soon, as this is a public motel. especially being a "Choice" member affiliated motel chain.

We had to go back to the office to find out how to work the remote. They should have told us from the beginning. He was very friendly and helped us right away. There were holes in the walls that needed to be patched up

This was quite literally the worst hotel property I’ve ever stayed in. If we’d not been driving for nearly 12 hours, we would not have stayed. There was mold growing on the lounge chair. The sheets were stained. The towels were stained and covered in human hair. The fridge was rusted and barely cooled the food. It really was the worst on nearly every level.

The only plus point to this experience was the brief interactions I had with the staff.

Absolutely nothing! A prostitute propositioned me within 15 minutes of my arrival. The property is 50 yards from the interstate and traffic was loud all night. The bottom of the bathtub was delaminated and dark gray from who knows what. The pillows were flat as a pancake. People knocked on my door after midnight and almost got themselves shot! Worst experience I’ve ever had in a motel! To top it off instead of refunding the second day I had booked, they charged me for a THIRD day! I’m sure I will play hell getting my money back. Btw booking.com is proudly displayed in their lobby. If I were you I would disassociate myself from this property as soon as possible if you wish to maintain your reputation at all.

When we got to the room we only had one towel which was not clean used our own and the room had not been cleaned or was half cleaned no breakfast and one of the over the bed lights was not working would not book this hotel again

The people were nice and courteous and for what we needed it for was not an overall bad price

I can honestly say we have never seen a more inferior motel. The bed linen was covered with cigarette holes. The bathtub finish was mostly all off. Part of the bathroom wall was dented in. there was a horrible smell. I took pictures since words don’t do it enough injustice.
