    The bathrooms wasn’t stocked and you could hear everything through the door.

    I liked the space of the room and the bed was very comfortable.

    I was disappointed there was not a least a small pool. It was very hot and it would have been nice to have had that. I was also there when one of the diamond members discovered that her room door had been propped open all day long. So I was not sure about safety there and what had happened. I thought that the building could use some TLC.

    I loved the staff here! Very friendly and helpful. I was helped quickly and with a smile. I was here with a soccer team and they let us basically take over the dining area for our after game meals and for breakfasts

    Smaller room a window did not open The TV channels were not working correctly.

    The location was away from the highway and quiet. O.K. breakfast.

    The mold/mildew smell that the room had. I have never ever stayed in a room without a sofa, there was just a tiny chair to sit on.

    I like the convenience of the location. There were alot of stores, and restaurants close by.

    AC in room was blowing wet cold air. Clothes were actually slightly damp when I put them on.

    Shower had a build up of mold. I was told there would be breakfast but it was a brown bag with a muffin and yogurt in it.

    The rooms had an odd smell and you could see obvious stains on the bottom of the mattress. The shower/bathtub had mildew and I wouldn't even allow my daughter to sit in the bathtub for a bath. The carpet was filthy. Everything felt like it was very dated and the t.v didn't want to come on. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and we didn't get much sleep. This didn't feel like a three star hotel it felt like a two star with the prices of a three. I think they may have been doing some renovations so that could have been part of the problem.

    The customer service was lovely and I felt the staff was there to help. I appreciate that there was coffee. The plugs were in convenient places. There really isn't much else to say for the positives.

    they refused to accept payment from booking.com, so I have effectively paid twice for my stay. They have a difficult customer service line for resolving issues.

    Unfortunately , we think the door key lock needs a little love. We had a difficult time with it to work. And our phone wasn't working.

    The breakfast was very good and the server was very good at her professional job. The front desk folks were efficient and very helpful.

    It’s like they took a comfort inn and rebranded it a Hampton inn with none of the updates or renevatipms from 20 years ago. I have never stayed in an older and poorer in quality Hampton inn. I have better accommodations when I’m on military duties.

    Our ac/heating unit was covered in lint and dirt and where WE had to clean the vent trap, the room was musty smelling and damp wet feel. It was as if we walked into a moldy basement every time we opened the door.. Also, we had written a request for an end unit and BELLE gave us a non end unit, my husband opened the door and when we went to ask why she did not honor our request her response was "did you open the door and break the seal?" I said yes he opened the door but we didn't go in because I reminded him we had requested an end unit for my health issue. Belle said there were no end units in the building and ask if I needed a handicap room which I didn't, so she replied with a grin well we don't have an end unit tonight. The hotel was NOT full and there were end units and walking less to the exit would have helped she wasn't going to budge because we opened the seal on the door. I find this unsatisfactory and add the vent and mold, not ok.

    The first day the food was replenished and enough for the guests The hispanic ? lady was so polite and very apt to clean off table and assist as needed. The second day the new younger lady did not fill the hot food quickly enough and people were waiting for long periods of time and she acted like she was too busy and was rarely in the room did not clean any tables and there were 15 of us in there 45 min,

    Great value for the cost, nothing really merits improval that wouldn't also raise the cost of an overnight stay substantially.

    Breakfast was fine; facility was quiet and in a woodsey nook behind other hotels, quite pleasant setting, actually.

    Air conditioning was awful. Lobby and food area not clean. Sheets frayed with a hole. Did not clean room for 3 night stay. Used COVID as an excuse. Bath sink didn’t drain well. No laundry bag. No note pad or pen in room. Not up to standard for a Hampton Inn. Electrical outlet near TV cover broken and easy for a child to access. Beverage machine at breakfast not working.Pillows were hard and awful.
