I feel the price is a little high for El Dorado.

I always feel safe in this hotel and it is always clean.

Although the unit had a desk light (thank you) and a floor lamp (thank you) by the reading chair in addition to bed side lamps, the room was still too dark. But the really annoying thing was the fan on the heater/cooler. It ran constantly, which is usually a good thing, thankfully the fan did not kick on and off, but it reaved up and slowed down, making it louder for a while, then quieter after a while, which was very distracting and annoying.

Easy access; ample, lighted parking lot, friendly, helpful staff. Lots of electrical outlets in the room and bathroom Good sized bathroom and sleeping/living room with Microwave and fridge. Enjoyed the fresh fruit, yogurt and bagel options as well as hot breakfast items. The BEST was no mold or mildew odor and no Fabreeze fragrance to cover up the mold/mildew odor. Just a natural, non - chemical aura. THANK YOU!!! The facility appeared clean, maintained and updated.

Did NOT honor what we booked through booking.com We booked a room with a pull out sofa. That’s the only reason we chose that location. They did not honor it.

I was very disappointed, because the first room the pipe was loose under the sink and water was running all over the bathroom floor. We had to move to another room, but we had to move from a room with two double beds to a room. With a king bed, but the young lady gave us a CoT for our son. That was all that was available if we wanted to stay on the first floor. But, in this room the heat never worked properly and the TV did not work. However, the young lady that was working the front desk came and changed the box to finally get the TV working. I booked two rooms and the first room he had problems with his TV. He always stays with Hamptom in when he go to El Dorado ARKANSAS. But, he commented that he was unhappy with his stay this time. I was very disappointed with all the problems we had this visit.

I like the staff that did everything they could to accommodate us, even though they were shot staffed. One young lady even offered to help us move to another room. .

The room didn't match the booking, was booked with fold out couch. Was told they didn't have rooms to match that booking. There was trash under the bed, open coke bottle and candy. There was hair located with the shower and walls

The elevator, as well as the vending machine, were out. The elevator being out was a major issue for a senior citizen with knee & hip replacements.

The breakfast was nice. A very pleasant lady was there to help. She was very willing to help.

I didn't like the fact that when I checked in and went to my room my key didn't work. It took nearly 30 mins to get me in another room since the staff could never get the correct screwdriver to fix it and it took up most of my lunch break. Then the room they gave me wasn't what I reserved. They gave me a double instead of a king and I was told my previous room was a double also and they didnt try to fix the situation.

Location was great, room was very clean, staff was friendly. Love the breakfast and the lady u all have serving it...she is AWESOME!❤ This was my second stay and she was just as friendly as the first time!

location, convenience, great staff,friendly, clean,and accommodating! Family members had also booked rooms and when we arrived we asked to be put on the same floor and we had 5 different reservations put together on same floor. Thank you!! will stay here again!!

The room could have been a little larger, little small..., could have had a fan in bathroom, got very stuffy while showering.

From the time we walked in the staff was amazing, very polite and helpful. Beds were comfortable, shower was awesome, breakfast was great.. rooms were also quite, no outside noise.. my daughter plays travel ball, very important to rest , stay cool and relax .. this place took care of all our needs...we will differently stay here again.
