We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWhen I went down to get coffee early in the morning my room key didn't work upon my return. The front desk person didn't believe me and asked for my ID which was in my room. Needing to explain myself multiple times, another staff member came over and handled her and the situation with grace, fixed my room key, and sent me on my way.

United StatesThe breakfast. The sausage seemed undercooked, and I would appreciate a better quality of yogurt. But again, this is not what I will remember about our stay. It's the people who work there, and they were superlative.
The breakfast is the only thing that's mediocre. I appreciate the effort, but it's below standards. However, this is not so important in my evaluation. Everyone, and I mean everyone, on the staff--from the front desk to the housekeepers, was bright, cheerful, and friendly. It made our stay very enjoyable.

The location was a short drive to the downtown area and other surrounding highways and roads which led to other attractions. It was quite and clean. The check in and check out process was a breeze. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was breakfast offered in the lobby the next morning which was appreciated.
