Person in charge of breakfast was sarcastic, talked down to me, etc about waffle machine. She said "duh" as she walked away from me. I called her on it, then denied everything, but then apologized

The room was RIGHT near I-75 and was kind loud. I really disliked the fact that we could not check-in early due to the fact that we had booked with booking.com instead of directly with the hotel. That was frustrating. It will make me rethink using booking.com in the future. Also, booking.com online chat help never responded to my inquiries.

i needed bill changed to be able to leave a room tip and at the desk they couldn't do it. She suggested I get it changed somewhere else.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. bathroom amenities were great.

Rooms need refreshed! Water stains on the ceiling, bathroom tub/shower leaks into the room which caused soft floors and weak subfloor both inside and outside of the room! Room didn't appear to have been completely cleaned, just picked up! Ok place, but nothing special!

Just off freeway so lots of truck noise unless you run the fan. Otherwise rooms and halls very quiet.

Very helpful desk staff, very good healthy breakfast. Large rooms, pool looked very nice. Great towels and sheets.

The traffic from the interstate was loud, especially at night. I didn't know when booking rooms that we would be on that side of hotel. My husband couldn't sleep from the noise, and even though earplugs were provided, he can't sleep with them in.

Breakfast was awesome. Hotel is easy to find off Interstate. Hotel staff very good. Bed was comfortable, which was the most important thing besides the room being clean.

My last evening there I decided to go swimming with my grandchildren and slipped getting into the pool. I wound up in the ER. The manager on duty made sure that the paramedics were called. Just a bad way to end my visit.

Lisa was absolutely amazing. She went out of her way from the first day to make us feel welcomed. She made sure we had what we needed and always had a pleasant smile for us. She let us know that due to COVID that there were bag breakfast available....

The beds, pillows & linens were very uncomfortable. Tossed and turned felt like they haven't been redone since the early 2000s. Very disappointed, bad night, sleep for myself and wife.

Our room smelled like a wet dog. The playpen was old, worn out and had someone else's Cheerios left in it. We paid $200 for one night and the hotel did not measure up to that price!!!!

The hotel is right next to the Interstate and you heard nothing but the semi trucks & cars go by all day and all night long!!. We did not sleep well at all, even with the ear plugs they provided. The TV kept loosing signal so the show you'd be watching would freeze

Nothing. I saw small samples of hand lotion and conditioner but no shampoo so I asked for one... not realizing that the shower had a shampoo dispenser.

The breakfast was so good, a veggie omelette, then bacon, home fries, muffins, yogurt, juices, waffles if you wish. The pillows and bedspread were so fluffy! The shower wall had a dispenser for shampoo and one for body wash. The washcloths were formed into a small sculpture! Let's not forget the warm cookies in bags at the desk.

The breakfast was c so good that I took a photo! Omelet, sausage, potatoes, fruit, juice, yogurt, muffins, cereal.. and waffles. 2 warm cookies were available in a Wed paper bag in late afternoon. The pool was open until midnight. Pillows fluffy. Beautiful white fluffy bedspread.
