TV kept going out. Staff told us to play with the wires. There was a couple performing a disgusting act in the pool area. My orange at breakfast was moldy. That sums up my trip. I almost forgot, I was charged the almost $400 price twice

Room carpet was shappy & so appeared dirty. Floors were sticky. Bathroom mirror appears to have mold on it. Vent in bathroom needs cleaning. Only 1 elevator operating.

Good location. Fresh fruit available all the time. Very nice staff. Nice hot shower & generous amt. of towels

Staff was calling me so many times basically trying to get money from me when I paid in advance. Never again. Deal with Booking. Com not me.

I liked itt stay. The pool was nice and the beds were comfy. Close to everything.

Sarah worked the front desk. She was so friendly and helpful. We had numerous rooms booked. She was very patient throughout the entire process of checking us all in. The breakfast was good. The room was good. No one in our group voiced any complaints. It was a nice stay. Would stay there again.

The indoor pool was way too cold - everyone else in the pool area made the same comment. One of the elevators was broken The coffee in the lobby was cold and undrinkable Breakfast was very poor. The waffle machine didn’t function properly (didn’t beep halfway to alert you to turn it, causing them to burn for most people), all 4 juices were very odd tasting, the egg dish was extremely dry, and the pancakes were very bland.

I do not like the sliding door on bathrooms with no locks…. zero privacy! Awful design.

Paper thin walls. Front door would slam as you closed it. You heard door slams all night long. Walls so thin I heard next rooms conversation and shower water running. I went for an afternoon cup of coffee and the coffee was ice cold. When I told front desk about it, they offered to make a fresh pot.

Staff was professional. Breakfast was ok.

Pool was very loud, so much chlorine it burned your eyes walking in. Our room reeked of cigarettes. Our bathroom door didn’t close. Our tv didn’t work.

Breakfast was lacking and had long line with nobody really supervising, not big enough for a sold out hotel both breakfast & ables available. We ended up leaving to grab breakfast elsewhere. They advertise an indoor heated pool but the pool is NOT heated, extremely cold and couldn't use. Pillows were really flat, and in the morning I noticed stains on the sheet on the bed I slept in GROSS. I wouldn't stay here again.

Fitness room was very disappointing, water dispenser was empty, 20 pound dumbbells missing, the only treadmill was badly out of balance and In need of maintenance, television would not turn on and remote didn’t work. The fitness room in one of the main reasons we chose to stay at Hampton Inns.

Breakfast at 9am had nothing left, when it was open til 10, nothing was replenished. Lot of people asking for more waffle batter, cereal, syrup, no eggs, bacon left. Did not stock well for breakfast at all. Staff wasn't that helpful, was in the closed door we had to knock for more stuff.

Booking thru you guys it seems we get the rooms that are way below this was just an upgraded motel 6 bathroom sink leaning so forward everything you put on it fell on the floor, shelf in bathroom falling off the wall, end table falling off the wall. Thanks but no thanks

The bathroom has a sliding door which is fine except it did not cover the bathroom all the way and left a gap of like 1-2 inches. With this gap, and the room door open, you could see from the hallway directly to the tub. My 3yo kept looking in the bathroom when we were using it. I like a br that locks and if it doesn’t lock it should at least close all the way! The breakfast was very disappointing. Only one type of eggs: western omelette which my kids would not eat and had a horrible cheese in it. Only one kind of meat, no potatoes, very little variety of starch, and no sweet breads. Peanut butter came from one large container and was very oily. I stay at a lot of Hiltons but this was the worst breakfast ever.

The rooms were comfortable, friendly staff, coffee in lobby.
