We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Most comfortable bed I've slept on in years. Breakfast plentiful and assorted. Loved the anytime hot tea on the lobby coffee station.

United StatesBreakfast was great1 Due to the pandemic we were asked to wear gloves when serving the food, HOWEVER the guy that was the main server impose everyone to wear gloves while he did not wear any gloves and was touching everything - that was not cool at all!
The room was quite, it was on the opposite side of the freeway. It had everything. A bit on the smaller side for all 4 of us, but it was manageable. The parking on the back of the hotel was great with easy access on the second floor.. The elevators worked great!

United StatesThe breakfast process was not good. The two ladies working breakfast were really working hard to keep up but the process they were given to work under due to Covid was not good. Several people left the breakfast area before ordering. I was sitting near the front and nearly everyone made a comment to the ladies working that they were doing a good job or something to that effect.
Carlos, the on duty manager was really exceptional. When we arrived it was busy at the front desk. He handled everyone checking in very efficiently.
