We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere was a barn style door on the bathroom which seems to be what Hampton Inns are changing to now but I don't like them. I prefer a bathroom door that closes and locks. The refrigerator in our room didn't keep my medication cold enough.
Nice safe area. The breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly. Great price.

United StatesWhen we entered the room, the smell was overwhelming. We could not figure out if it was the air conditioning or a cleaning solution. I am seeing doctor tomorrow due to congestion. My husband is handicap, and the shower was a mess to use. I mopped up floor twice. Yes, I would stay at this place again, only not in a handicap room. Maybe the room isn’t used often causing the stench.
The staff was wonderful. Very pleasant.

United StatesThe breakfast was very cheap food. Cheap, thin bread for toast, really thin under-cooked bacon, eggs were ok, fruit tasted strange. This is NOT the Hampton Inn's fault, but booking.com supposedly booked us for a room that would comfortably sleep 5 (two parents, two young adult children, and a teen) but they only had a room with two double beds with no place for the 3rd full-size kid to sleep. So we ended up having to get a 2nd room which defeated the propose of reserving a room that could accommodate 5 people. So we need to bring our complaint to booking.com.
Location was good. We were going to visit friends in Neosho, so Joplin was good proximity to our destination. We also thought the cleaning staff did a really good job of making the room feel clean and comfortable! They gave us a discount on the 2nd room we needed because booking.com lied about the space our room would have.

United StatesThere was no hot water in the sink or shower, but since I was only there for one night, I just took a luke warm "hose off", as it was too cold to stick your head under. I just waited to wash my hair until my next stop on my long drive. The coffee in the check-in area was cold as well. The employee who was working when I checked out said "yeah, I wasn't able to get hot water in the kitchen yesterday to make breakfast".....that's the kind of thing that should be looked into immediately in a hotel, in my opinion. I cancelled my reservation for the following weekend and will stay elsewhere because I don't want to run the risk of no hot water or hot coffee again. I left before breakfast, so I can't comment on that. No discount or sorry about the hot water issue. I thought I would mention it so maybe it can be fixed for others who will be staying at that location.
Convenient location, clean room, very friendly and a check-in woman who allowed me to park my new car in a single slot in their lot to protect it from other cars, suitcases, etc., and I really appreciated it!! :)

United StatesI didn't care for the room's bathroom having a non-sealing door - the door is a trendy, chic one like a sliding barn door that covers the bathroom area but doesn't make it private enough in my opinion.
The staff were AMAZING. We interacted with several of them. Wonderful attitudes, helpful, funny, genuine, and kind. The staff are why I took time to write this review. Refreshing to bump into quality people like this and make you feel welcome.
