The customer service on the front desk was poor on arrival with a receptionist who was not very helpful or informative given it was our first time at the hotel. I’d messaged the hotel twice in advance of our stay to ask about times of shuttle bus and unfortunately didn’t get a reply to either of my messages. Breakfast was served on paper plates and cutlery

Not too many shops and eatery around. Getty to the target across the street not too safe, as there’s no May to get to the other side of the street.

Charged for parking $20 per day. Breakfast was sufficient, same as all hotels serve, eggs sausage, breads and coffee gets a bit tiring if you are staying more than 2 days. May want to get some food outside. Staff were ok, nothing great. Pricing was on the higher side. Nothing in this place would make you want to come back except for its proximity to the airport. Sadly I'm noticing on this trip to the US that mediocre run of the mill hotels charge more than what we would pay for a stay in many star hotels overseas with acclaimed service and facilities. For this pricing one would at least expect a safe lockbox in each room. This is a standard in hotels overseas. We also booked here since they had guest laundry service and when I checked in the lady at the front desk told me the Dryer was out of service and it would take a couple of days to get it fixed (they were yet to raise a repair request).

Located in heavy industrial zone with no shops or restaurants nearby. Poor walking conditions too.

A little threadbare but with a comfortable bed, decent sized room and good shower. Very limited restaurant, unless you simply want a burger. Quick shuttle to Logan.

Had to pay for parking, $20usd, but not the end of the world. The laundry facilities could do with more machines. Dryer was out of service when we stayed, only a minor inconvenience. Maybe a little overpriced??

Everything. Shuttle service excellent, to and from airport. But also drops off at railway station. 3-4 stops on train and you're in Boston. Breakfast had plenty of options. Very comfortable beds. Could get a coffee/tea in meal area even after breakfast. Wonderful staff. Reasonably priced for Boston. It is a very expensive city.

One of the toiletries bottles was empty. It’s one of those large bottles attached to the wall. Love the brand, but how hard is it to keep those bottles topped off? For the price I paid for that hotel, I expect more.

There were no dressers in the room. I was in a King suite.

I loved how close the hotel was to the airport and the fact there was free shuttle to the airport even though I didn't need to use it. There was also a Target and gas station across the street. I the little pull out tables was an added touch and the closet door that also served as the bathroom door. I didn't stay very long, but on my next trip, I will be utilizing the pool and fitness center.

The shuttle service. They provide frequent enough shuttles, and they not only take you to and from the airport, they also take you to the closest subway station, from where a train can be taken to go to central Boston in a few stops! Several options for breakfast (also healthy ones).

Shower head was too low. Drier in laundry room wasn’t working. In general, the building could se a refresh in decor. Does not advertise bar/restaurant well enough.

Shuttle service was efficient. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Lobby and eating areas were clean and comfortable. Gym was spacious, clean and well equipped. It has a laundry facility for guests.

There was a bright light in the bathroom (low vent with bright light for some reason) that I couldn't figure out how to turn off so I covered it with towels. The mattress was comfy - I wish the top blanket felt a little softer/less scratchy. Intro email seemed outdated and said check-in couldn't happen after 11pm, which worried me, but it was definitely ok to check in after 11 (I called ahead of time and the person was very friendly).
