The front lobby Doors were out of commission while we were there, and not very convenient.

The location was perfect. It was a close walk to lots of cool destinations, including Times Square, but yet far enough from Times Square to be a little quieter. There were lots of good eating places nearby.

The location is amazing since the subway 23st Station is 3 minutes by foot ! The bed was really comfortable and it wasn't too noisy so it was a great surprise. The breakfast was great they have a variety of options and change the warm options every day ! Oh and the fact that they could keep our bags after the check-out was really appreciated !

pretty old hotel, problems with elevator, one time I was stuck in it for 20 minutes at night and at the morning it didn’t work, so I have to use steps with my luggage. 50% equipment in the kitchen didn’t work, too much people, always lines, food finished and the crew didn’t have time to bring new one

Even though we stayed a week there, the room wasn’t cleaned. We didn’t communicate because we thought that after 4 nights the room was going to be cleaned (like it’s mentioned), but we realised that it wasn’t the case. The good thing was that in our first night there, the room was tidy and smelled very nice.

Overall it’s a mid quality hotel, I think it’s really great for the money. The location is really top notch and we had a varied selection of breakfast. Plus the staff was super friendly and the facilities were clean.

Only one elevator is working. Stayed for 5 days and requested housekeeping 3 times, they never came. Housekeeping was not done in the business centre as the printer had no ink.

Nice room, comfy bed and staff very nice. Plenty of food. Required a plumber who came very quickly.

The elevator was broken, but there was a second one that works. We lived on the second floor, so it didn't give us any trouble. Very small space for breakfast, but the dining area is very comfortable and nicely located.

very good accommodation. All the sights we needed were within walking distance. Breakfast at 7/10. But it is included in the price, and this cannot but rejoice. The hotel room is not big, but cozy. very good mattress.

Really have no complaints at all. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient was the fact that the second elevator was out of service which meant slightly longer wait at times

Clean, comfortable and spacious room in an excellent location in Chelsea. 23rd st subway just round the corner. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate available 24/7. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great to set you up for a day exploring the city!

One elevator was broken, so the wait time was very long. We felt bad for the employees who were slowed down because of that. Breakfast is not super, but for something free it does the job.

The staff is super friendly and very helpful! Room was a decent size we were 3 and had enough space. Very well located. Very good price for what we got :)

There is a super small lobby and no water fountain. The elevators at the time only had one operating so sometimes it was a hassle waiting to go up and down.

Loved that we were able to check in our luggage early. The staff was super friendly and never seemed overwhelmed. The room was great and they had 24/7 coffee and tea.

The doors are the kind that slam incredibly loudly if you allow them and unfortunately the guests in the room next to me were letting the door slam constantly even through the night. Hotel can’t really be blamed for inconsiderate guests though.

Wonderful staff at the front desk. Location was good. Everything really clean.

In a room for four people, we missed more hangers (for coats and jackets) and shelves. There were no salad nor cold cuts for breakfast.

The hotel was very well located, near some Metro stations and at walking distance from Times Square and other touristic sites. The room, and the bathroom were very clean.
