The cleanliness of the bathroom was good but I did notice a few stray hairs that were not mine on the floor. the bathroom barn door was an excellent idea and worked well but it need just a touch of maintenance, or repainted.

I did not try the breakfast or the pool/spa but they looked nice. The room was comfortable and the shampoo/conditioner rack in the shower was a fine idea.

On verge of being outdated And not alot storagéfor family of 6 to keep stuff

The price was decent compared to other in area. And enough space and sleeping spots for whole family (6) and able to stay together one room. Alot hotels will only allow 4 total in one room which isn't cost effective nor comfortable when I'm in one room with 2 kids and my husband is in another with 2 other ones.

It took more than 30 minutes to do the check in because the system was down and the guy who was in the front desk could not get us a key to enter our room... he was doing like 10000 phone calls

It was a close hotel to the tourists attractions we wanted to visit, comfortable and nice rooms. 5 of us stayed there and we had a good night.

My only complaint, was that I could hear everything tony thing that happened outside my room. It was almost as if there was a literal gap between the door and wall at places. I've stayed here before and don't recall that. Maybe it was just the 1st floor handicap accessible room they game me (their last room). OR Maybe they are doing renovations. Everything else was good.

The room is clean and breakfast was good. Staff were fantastic. It's a good location if you have your own vehicle, close enough to downtown without having to pay downtown prices or deal with downtown dangers, but still close enough for day trips into the city.

Neighborhood is not great. You can hear cars with loud muffler all night long. Luckily, we only stayed there for one night.

It is a good place to stay for visiting the Columbia River Gorge. Breakfast is average; however, they do serve egg, sausage, oatmeal, fruit, bread, waffle, etc. Room is clean and comfortable for an one-night stay.

The breakfast was great. The employee who was working in the area was extremely friendly and worked to keep it stocked and clean. We needed an additional blanket, the front desk personal quickly found one for us.

I am assuming the cleaned the carpet in the room shortly before I checked in because the floor was soaking wet. It was so wet that parts of the room were still damp in the morning.
