The rooms are tiny and the bedside tables are pretty much a joke! They are so small you can barely put anything on them!

The commode in our restroom could have been a bit taller for me.

The location was fine. The breakfast was very, very good! The facilities was very clean. The only problem that I had was the commode was a little too close to the floor. I am a short person and have a lot of issues with my knees these days. I turned 67 years young on Nov. 29th. I had a terrible time getting myself UP off the commode after I had done my business on it?! I never had that problem before?! I finally figured out a way to get myself off it by myself. Thankfully! My husband is very hard of hearing and I didn't think he would hear me if I called for him. No doubt he had the TV up quite loud?! Imagine I should just keep my phone with me all the time in the future?! Lol! I do think that a little taller commode would have helped, though. We saw the pool and were impressed with it. We regretted not having brought our swim suits. I loved the heat lamp in the bathroom!!

Overall maintenance seemed a bit lacking as our keycard did not work on a side entrance (I told the front desk and they just put an 'out-of-order' sign on the door). There were also several ceiling tiles missing from above the pool, exposing the insulation, and our room's swing-arm security lock was missing the piece mounted to the door. At breakfast, one of the cereal dispensers was missing the turn handle, making it impossible to chose the cereal I wanted (how could the staff not notice this every morning?) Small things, I know, but seemed indicative of an overall lackadaisical maintenance/management staff.

We (my young kids and I) enjoyed the pool, and the clean room with comfortable beds. The location was good, being close to the interstate exit, and there was a good selection of restaurants nearby. Check-in was quick and easy, taking less than one minute.

Fire the front desk person ( not sure what her name was) starts with an N. that worked last night. She gets paid to do a job and I would assume that some part of her training was to treat people with respect and courtesy . She doesn’t realize customers that had been traveling for hours and hours do not want to deal with be ignored when they check in. A simple hello , welcome to Hampton Inn would have been nice. The check in process and any questions that was directed to the her the front desk clerk was returned with you are bothering me attitude. I guess watching tik tok on her phone was more important. Her ghetto attitude was very disrespectful . Maybe she would be more suitable across the street working for Burger King . I observed other guests getting treated with disrespect also. UNBELIEVABLE

This is a very nice facility. It looks good and is clean and well maintained. I have to compliment Lisa, at the check-in desk. She was wonderfully helpful and very pleasant. She's a keeper. It is this kind of service that makes me want to book there again the next time I come to Russellville.

I would have preferred that all guests wore masks but I don't think that was the fault of the hotel. You can simply ask.

It is an older Hampton Inn and we visited during May 2021 so we were still following COVID 19 precautions. Not all guests seem to worry about following the guidelines but the hotel staff tried to do so. There were lots of sports teams there while we were staying there. Breakfast was what you would expect from a Hampton.
