Everything felt dingy and just not fully cleaned well. Could smell weed in the hallways, and furniture wasn’t updated. The gym and pool were closed and would like to have been notified cause my husband and I both planned to use them

Great location to st Franciscan university, highway and downtown! The bathrooms were nice and clean

Minor things to me: The cable tv setup could be better, it was mildly annoying at most. Room decor felt dated, but it did the job

The good mornings and greetings with the staff during free breakfast were divine and wholesome. The quietness was welcomed for a relaxing night after a long day on the road.

Bathroom supplies needed attention: no soap (only lotion) at the sink; no shampoo (only body wash and conditioner) in the shower.

It was exactly what we needed, so it met our expectations. There were a few things that could have been better, but overall a good experience.

ONLY DOWN FALL WAS POOL AND HOT TUB WAS CLOSED, I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO SOAKING IN THE HOTTUB.

LOCATION WAS GOOD, AND QUITE. JUST STAYING ONE NIGHT SO NO HUGE EXPECTATIONS.

The pool was under renovation

The room was clean and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was good. We come to town often and will stay there again!

My location was good I came in late at night and staff was very fast at checking in and getting me into my room.

There was an unpleasant odor in the lobby and halls.

The hotel staff was very welcoming. The ceiling light in the bathroom was burnt out. I reported it the next morning. They immediately put it on repair list. I didn’t use any amenities.

The vending machines were out of order. Also, there were no face towels or washcloths. And there were no alarm clocks. Unfortunately the WIFi went out one night so I was unable to access my emails. for a period of time.

The breakfast was good. A nice variety. But the coffee was just okay--warm not hot The bed was very comfortable. I got a good nights sleep.

There was no information left in the room to remind about check-out time, breakfast time, wi-fi, other amenities like the exercise room. I had to call the front desk any time I needed information. The pillows and bed were clean, and I think at one point were good quality, but they definitely "felt" like they need to be replaced. Pillows have lost their fluff and substance. Beds were saggy, and definitely not because they were just a softer mattress-there is a difference you can tell. That being said, they were not terrible. However, if I come back next year, another year's use of the same pillows and mattresses may change that assessment.

For me, it was the combination of the location and the price in choosing this hotel. There were more breakfast choices than I thought there would be, so I was very happy about that. They serve a full breakfast with eggs (usually scrambled, it seemed), meat, pancakes or waffles or French toast (each day was different), and often a breakfast potato choice as well. There was hot and cold cereal, yogurt, and a variety of muffins and pastries available. There was some fresh fruit and juice. Finally, and very important to many of us, the coffee was better than many other places I have been. They informed me at check-in that since I would be there for three nights, they would not send housekeeping each day, but that I could simply let them know what I need, if anything, and they would take care of it. I appreciated knowing that as I would not have had housekeeping come, anyway, but would have thought I needed to put out the sign.

Breakfast was not great. No regular sugar for the coffee. Like no one could go to the store? Only artificial sweeteners are unacceptable for that most important first cup of coffee.
