We tried reaching out 4 different times to schedule airport pickup to get to hotel and we received no answers and no responses to either messages or voicemails that were left. It was a bit frustrating but we were able to check in early at 1030am as the room was empty and available so that made up for it.

Breakfast was good, had a lot of options and coffee was good quality and available 24/7 fresh and hot. Pool was clean although there was a shortage of pool towels and we had to ask for them everytime we went swimming.

Very noisy. Interstate just next to it so even if our room wasn't directly on the interstate we still slept very poorly. AC VERY loud. Seriously, all those hotels still using AC units from another century - just CHANGE THEM. Impossible to sleep with this AC on, without it it was too hot (and if you opened the window you were REALLY on the interstate).

Stuff was very nice. Hotel close to the airport, convenient for a morning flight.

Coffee ran out too fast, more options in snack area for purchase like fresh fruit, snacks, etc. Air conditioning was okay, but I am very hot natured and it seemed like it was chilly at some parts but was very stuffy for much of the time there. Not circulating throughout the room.

Breakfast was good, fresh and many options. Rooms were clean and nice size, service was decent. Close to airport but also in a good area with many places nearby for food, drinks and even convenient stores as well as grocery. Close to expressway too, easy to find.

Housekeeping doesn’t clean your room unless you ask, and when I did, they were short staffed and couldn’t do it that day. They did bring me fresh towels, though, which was really what I wanted.

Clean, comfortable, convenient and quiet. The location is away from noise, but near a lot of restaurants, fast food, and stores to get incidentals. Perfect for a road trip. Food was good at breakfast as well and the staff in the breakfast area was helpful.

Every time I wanted to use the bathroom at night I had to turn on the light in the sink area and it woke up my family, it would be nice to have a separate switch for just the bathroom

The breakfast was good and had everything I wanted and the front desk personnel was very polite and answered all my questions and the best of all they had smiling faces as if they were happy to help us

The staff was not forthcoming with information, everything had to be asked.

The rooms was comfortable and clean and the pool was large, warm and clean. The breakfast was more than adequate. We would stay here again.

They were out of waffle mix and had a limited selection of baked goods on the breakfast buffet. if they’d had waffles, the limited selection wouldn’t have been a problem.

The property is looking a bit worn, particularly in the bedroom and bathroom. Being right next to the freeway, it was very noisy in our bedroom. The refrigerator was nice to have but didn’t cool sufficiently.

The location worked well for our 2 day trip. We had previously stayed there. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast offerings were ample. The breakfast room offered a convenient space to eat our take-out meals due to COVID19.
