    We were sent to a king suite because our room that we originally wanted was overbooked and our only option was a king suite with one bed, we didn't get a two bed room. Instead, we had one king bed, and a pull out couch and a roll out couch. My coworkers who slept on the roll out and futon were extremely uncomfortable the entire stay. Very unhappy when we were told it was overbooked and we had to get a different room. In addition to that, our key cards stopped working, as well as our door, and we were locked out of our room for a while, fortunately we had somewhere to be, so the staff worked on the issue.

    We liked how clean the room was, and how easily it was to travel to our location. The staff was very kind, and made the stay that much easier.

    The negligence on making sure that customers/honor members are getting the rooms they pay for.

    The breakfast was exceptional, and they breakfast staff was very pleasant!

    Outdated rooms with damaged dressers. Mirror in my room had two large cracks. Tv in first room wouldn't turn on. Was moved to another room and though better still felt dated.

    I could have slept on the parking lot cement for free and it was cleaner. I was on the 2nd floor room looked like it had been flooded at some time. Warped wood and dilapidated furniture and tile work in bathroom. Hampton Inn is my favorite hotel of choice this was on par with a pay by the hour hotel. If all of the rooms in this hotel are like mine they should change the name and not make the rest of the Hampton Inns suffer for their poor quality

    The faucet on the bath kept popping off & squirting water everywhere. The toilet paper holder was broken. The breakfast was cleaned up by 9:45am, on Saturday even though it was suppose to be open until 10am. Many people left upset & hungry.

    There was a large whirlpool tub in the room.

    We have used this hotel before. This time value received was way below par. Will not return.

    One of the sinks was stopped up and wouldn't drain. toilet seat was loose. Because of the pandemic the breakfast was basically non existent yet we were charged full price for the Room.

    Room was clean and the hotel had easy access to several restaurants.

    We ask at least 3 times to have someone fix our TV in our room and was informed the TV in this room did not work correctly at times and maintanace would be notified. No one ever came to fix the TV.

    Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff friendly.

    When we woke up there were numerous bug bites all over my wife and I had a couple myself. None of these bites were there when we went to sleep at 11pm 6/24/21. I was issued a refund for the room the following morning but nothing else was even spoken about it. I was immediately quieted when I said what was wrong at the front counter. There were no extra towels that were requested and no trashcan to use either. We will never be back here and I'll be filing a formal complaint.

    I book way in advance and when I arrived they said the room was over booked. I had to down grade to a different room. Took over 30 minutes to get checked in. The person that was providing the information acted like she really didn’t care. The pool was green and the hot tub wasn’t working. The worse stay.

    pool was not working one reason we picked it was pool for eight year olds birthday that was a bust for her if I had been told the pool was down would have changed to another place

    The lady at the front desk had trouble finding my reservation when I first arrived, I gave her my confirmation number and showed her my email but the computer was not showing it, I went back to my car to grab my laptop while another employee came out and got on the phone to call for help. Another couple came in so while they checked in I went back to my car to grab my bags. When I returned, the system finally showed my reservation and the ladies helped get me checked into a nice room quickly. It took about 30-45 minutes but the employees were polite and helpful as they could be.

    The room was very comfortable and nice and cool already. The pool was open which was nice as well. The shower had great water pressure! We slept great thanks to the amazing bed and how quiet our room was despite being close to the elevator, we never heard a thing! Grab & go breakfast was good and checking out was easy!

    The pillows were uncomfortable. The room could have been cleaner. And the toilet paper dispenser was falling off the wall.

    The breakfast was full of variety.
