Stayed here one night Pre cruise and the hotel was great….Nice clean room and Staff…..The Veterans shuttle company also went out of their way to help us get around due to my MIL having a wheelchair….They came back to take us over to the Bahama Breeze for dinner

The breakfast was mixed every day so it wasn't just the same food all the time. All staff, from housekeeping to reception, were incredibly friendly and willing to help at any given moment.

Loved the shuttle that picked us up from the airport and even getting a a shuttle to the cruise line was great! Decent breakfast and clean comfortable beds. Was walking distance from a small store and restaurant. Staff was super nice and friendly!

The hotel was in a quiet area and had very nice staff. We had a quiet room and a lovely bath which we did ask for. Breakfast the next morning was excellent - lots for vegetarians to enjoy, which is often hard in hotels of this nature. They did a great job on breakfast and I liked that they didn't have the mainstream news on the TV it was local news with feel-good stories (Spectrum 9 I think it was). Overall a great stay - plus Free parking !

We didn't use the pool but there was one but it is small with no shade.

We had an overnight stay before we flew home to the UK from Tampa after travelling around for about a month. The hotel was perfectly located. On arrival the receptionist was brilliant. Our room wasn't ready but we were early. We were checked in ahead of time thanks to all the staff. The room was spacious and clean. We dined out at the Bahama Breeze restaurant which is a two minute stroll. You could drive out to Tampa or Clearwater. We had a very comfortable night and asked for a late check out. It was busy but the receptionist did her best to accommodate us once again. Breakfast is a complimentary continental style and was very nice and plentiful. This hotel is ideally located for cruise ships leaving Tampa or the Airport. Very good indeed and excellent staff especially the receptionist.

The breakfast staff attendant was very rude on Sunday July 23-she came through and said I need this area to be clear when I come through and I said ok -then she came back through and said it again waving her hands and arms at me -I had already moved out of her way and I thought this was very unprofessional and I felt very uneasy at this point . I won’t visit this location again
