I love the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The pool and hot tub was exceptional. I’ve never been this satisfied with a hotel and we stay at a LOT.

There honestly wasn't anything I didn't like! Everything was excellent

The staff there was absolutely incredible! They are all extremely welcoming and very accommodating. The room we stayed in was extremely clean, the beds very comfortable, the bathroom was also very clean! Didn't get to use the pool, but my son did, and he loved the pool, especially the water that falls from the ceiling! I give this place 5 stars! My parents ate at the free breast they offer, and they said the food was very good and lots of options!

NOTHING………... there is absolutely nothing that I felt could be better. It was the best experience I’ve EVER had at a hotel to be honest. Love you keep doing what you’re doing. We will definitely be back.

It was by far the cleanest friendliest hotel. I believe I’ve ever been at on a scale from one to 10 it’s a 20… The shuttle took us to the casino, brought us back. The next day took us to capital theater, then to the casino then back it was phenomenal I couldn’t ask for anything more. .. super friendly, kind, staff and maids as well I don’t believe I’ve seen or heard anyone that was upset or angry… Was unlike any hotel experience I’ve ever been on… 100% go to Wheeling Hampton and you’ll be happy

Parking lot was small very close to a restaurant.

The staff was very helpful. The facility was very clean and lots of extra amenities. It’s located in the middle of town which makes getting to any common destination easy

If you plan on going at the beginning of January, check with the hotel for yearly maintenance on the pool. We were unable to use it during our stay. We usually choice a hotel with a nice pool so that was a disappointment but the women at the front desk did ask if we wanted to change hotels to their other location about 15 minutes away, but we opted to stay there.

The property was clean and the room was comfortable. The breakfast had a very good selection of choices and they kept things clean and well stocked. Very friendly staff and we enjoyed our stay overall.

During the breakfast, parents were not watching their kids and letting them work the waffle makers in which I believe they had broken one of them. The rule needs to be enforced of the parents must accompany their kids.

The continental breakfast was not that good. Waffles take too long to make. The mens steam shower and the shower in the pool area were both not working. The room shower was a bit cramped.

The bed was a little firm for us, but that’s just our preference. That’s the only thing that we had an issue with is not that we didn’t like it, it just wasn’t too our liking or something we were used to comfort wise. It was a little too firm for us

property was clean and located well for our trip. It was right around the corner from where we were going. There were a number of restaurants in the area that was also good. The breakfast in the morning was good and complementary our room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly, especially Kathy.

I liked it all!

The pool was awesome for the kids! Really enjoyed that it had a hot tub. Atmosphere was comfortable and the staff was so friendly and helpful and helped us find an awesome place to take the kids since the train display was taken down at oglebay and my son was looking forward to see it, the front desk gave us a really cool place to try that ended up being our favorite part of vacation!

No way. Check out the new aquatic center, or the business center. Save your money on the paid wifi, the regular wifi is already the best.
