Up keep. Toilet seat doesn’t stay up. When I pointed out to the front desk I was told that in the north wing it’s a common issue and that they have no solution. This is not acceptable answer. If you have an ongoing issue, do something about it . Do t just wave it off for the next customer .

The towers were separated. We lucked out with our room being by the pool and gym but some friends were on state street side. Also, disclaimer about paying for parking was not obvious at time of booking. We parked on the street to save $30/day.

Location is amazing, right across from the beach. The pool area is great and nice that there is an adult hot tub separate.

The pool could get a lil noisy

The room was spacious with a lovely view of the pool/courtyard, you could see the beach from our room. The bed was clean and very comfortable. It was located perfectly to walk to the beach and up state street. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Loved the location. Parking was super easy (but cost $32 per night) - on the plus side this meant we were able to carry our own bags easily to and from our rooms. The room was stylish and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were lots of power points everywhere.

We came for my husbands big birthday, with his Service Animal. I informed the hotel prior when booking. When checking in, the lady told us in a very unfriendly way: we are not pet friendly here. A Service animal is not a pet. Also a hotel being openly animal unfriendly, I probably would have found a friendlier place. We also did not appreciate rap music coming out of the speakers when relaxing by the pool.

Outstanding Hotel. Our room was spotless and so comfortable. Staff incredible and friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect since you can walk to any point of interest like restaurants, state st, funk zone the pier etc.

Although the rooms in the north wing were very nice, I didn’t like being behind the hotel and across the street. Walking down the street in the supplied robes to get to the pool felt really odd. Just too far away. When we started to get into bed and realized there was no supplied water, we called down to the front desk to inquire if there was any water on the property. They told us that there wasn’t but that we could get a $5 or $7 bottle from them. (Usually a nice place like this would supply at least one bottle per occupant.) Next day we went by the gym on our way to the pool and noticed there was a large cooler of water provided in there. Would have been nice to be told that the precious evening and we would have filled up our bottles there.

The location can’t be beat. Right across from the beach and plenty of restaurant options nearby. Rooms were modern and comfy beds. Nice pool and hot tub.

The lights around the big round mirror in the bathroom is way too bright. It is blinding. Either install a dimmer or change it out. Many hotels are using that kind of mirror. They are too bright and not energy efficient.

Excellent location. Walking distance to all major attractions downtown. Staff are attentive . Breakfast restaurant next door is amazing. Had a really lovely stay.

This hotel met and exceeded my expectations. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and noise at hotels. This hotel was extremely clean and so quiet. I was expecting more noise since it is at a popular location and it was cinco de mayo weekend but the noise level was almost non existent. The ocean and peer is right across the street. This is the best hotel I have stayed at in years. Stay here if you have high cleanliness standards.
