We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We had drinks at the bar that were very good and the room was very nice. The gym and pool facilities were also very nice and clean. Overall it was a lovely visit. It was a perfect location for Trinity College and I felt very safe throughout the hotel, even at very late hours.

United StatesComments on what i would have liked...would have been nice to have the following in the room, for the price paid: more than 10 tissues folded over in a box in the bathroom. How about a box at least. No pad to write notes although there was 1 pen. More than 1 small bar of soap and a cheap shower cap would have been nice. There were no local books about the area - usually placed on the desk in the rooms, or the hotels conveniences that i saw. I think parking should be included not an extra charge. Evening at the L Bar was so noisy with 3 large TVS blasting sports and anyone wishing to have any type of a conversation had to scream... as everyone did on the night we were there. disappointing.
Did like the safe and small fridge in the room. Convenient to the activities we were interested in doing and seeing. LBar facilitiy was nice but.... see below

United StatesThe parking was frustrating. We chose to forgo valet thinking we would save money. The parking structure was enormous and packed! It was impossible to find a spot. The hotel does validate your parking so you get $19 off the parking. In the end the valet would have been $2 and I wouldn’t have had to deal with trying to maneuver that parking garage. Save yourself the hassle and do the valet parking!

United Stateshotel guests shouldn’t have to park so far and and tip of that pay for it. that we didn’t like and for that reason I would choose another hotel next time. also I reserved my room on booking.com at one rate $265 for one night, that’s including taxes and fees…but when I paid at the hotel my card was changed $308 . I don’t know what happened but I want a refund

United StatesTV did not work. The first night it would not shut off so someone came and helped. The next day the sound did not work and they came again. The next day, we had more TV problems, and again the technician helped us.
Room was clean and comfortable, Restaurant food was excellent. WiFi was good as well. Service technicians for the TV came and helped as well as they could. Having Starbucks in the hotel was an added bonus. The downtown location was close to the train station, other restaurants, and the art museum.
