First off there’s lots of people that were just sitting in the parking lot. It seemed like they were saying there but waiting for something. The room was not clean, towels were stained, the toilet paper holder had been ripped of the wall, there’s was lots of bugs, the fridge had rusted real bad, the sheets smelled, and that’s moving past the wobbly toilet and peeling floor.

The location isn’t bad. It’s pretty close to downtown and there’s a few things to do. That might be the only redeeming part of those hotel. The parking was easy too, but anything else I’d say is made up.

Towels were basically old rags that should be just thrown away. TV didn't work. Roach in the bathroom.

What I didn't like was they said they had Wi-Fi and there was no wi-fi they have three things under Havana for the Wi-Fi and I logged on to all three rooms and I still didn't get no Wi-Fi on the ad it said they had Wi-Fi false advertisement

the room was infested with roaches everywhere. I mean everywhere. I couldn't sleep i felt like and still feel as if all my belongings are infested also.

the price and the service. they were really friendly. I wish more places were as friendly as here.

The towels and washcloths were dull. the floor was not even and was scratched!! I was not able to adjust the air conditioner! the room was to big for a single person.

From walking up to the check in window I was told I needed a cash deposit and I was to be the only person in the room no visitors period. Room had burns in the comforter holes in the walls no lightbulbs in fixtures no smoke alatm

Holes in drywall, foot prints on the door. Bed is being supported by 2x4’s. Smelled like bleach. Wasn’t really clean

I liked that there was a microwave and mini fridge. It was the cheapest hotel. For the price it was kinda worth it

Towels were dirty glad I brought my own. Bedding had burn marks on them, bed rolled out and it was dirty behind. And bed pillows cases were also dirty..

The room was pretty outdated, the covers looked pretty bad. Also, we asked for a non-smoking room and upon entering it smelled like pure cigarettes in the room, it was gross. The pillows were stained with something weird, I don't know they just really need to update their rooms, they only had one trashcan for the room/bathroom. It was just dingy as hell and I don't know if I'd wanna stay there again, if I had to then I'd definitely recommend taking like your own sheets and pillows.

cockroaches of every size and aggressive. took my own roach killer but had minimal effect. very expensive for what you get. light missing from lamps. curtains in need of replacement. dirty shower curtains. have 0 desire to stay here again.

it was slightly dirty. there were holes in the comforter and curtains. the heater was broken and reallllllly loud. I couldn’t sleep half the night because of it. also this is not fault of the hotel’s but I shared a wall with a very loud, verbally abusive man and he kept me up all night from shouting at his partner and children.

The owner / front desk person was very nice and talked me through everything.

A/C wasn’t on prior to arrival and it was a hot day. Took at least 4 hours for the room to cool down. Floor was super dirty. No bath towels were available and when we requested some, every one provided was stained and had hairs on them. There were roaches, ants, spiders and mosquitos in the restroom. We had ants all over the car after leaving the next morning.

Decent beds, clean sheets, spacious room.
