Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We had stayed here a few times and although it's been a few years we were excited to do so again based on our past experiences. When we go there first disappointment was the pool was close. The room looked fine although there was a musky smell that opeing the side slide door for a while tool care of that. Then we notice the knob for the shower/tub was broken. They were great and it was easy and fast to get an upgrade to another room. The next morning we were also excited for the complementary breakfast to just also be disappointed. There seem to not be much there. A few small cereal boxes, waffle wix with one community syrup that we had to share and borther the other guests to use. We had to ask for type of drinks that a staffer had to go get to make sure it was measured to save on waste. A few juice boxes was available for the kids. I was advised this was under new management, we like the layout of the space but will wait a while and see if things improve before we stay there again.

Trash being set out all around the property. Wayyy overpriced, paid 200$ a night!! Wish I could get some kind of money back, gift, discount, anything ...thx!

United StatesThere is so much to say, let’s start off with as soon as we arrived my wife and I watched a drug deal go down right in front of the hotel. 2nd when we got our key to the room and started walking through the courtyard to get to our room, we noticed a couple guys had a gun tucked into their pants. We got to the room and my wife and I decided that it wasn’t safe for us to stay so we got our stuff and started to walk back to our car, as we was walking back to our car a guy was yelling at us. Couldn’t really understand what he was saying. Later that night we found out cops was called to this hotel. So good thing we did not stay. I would not recommend staying here! It is not safe!
