Fantastic location. Lobby restaurant/bar was great for drinks before going out and the continental breakfast was quite good as well. Very friendly surface. Room was large and comfortable.

The staff was amazing Tyre in valet greeted us like family coming and going every day and went and above and beyond to accommodate our daily request in the pouring down rain.

Excellent staff. The location is superb. Easy access to Santa Rosa airport. Many great shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. They've always made us feel like they wanted to take care of us.

The staff were so helpful especially Tyrees. He attended to our needs from start to finish. The rooms were exceptional.. the best accommodations we have had in California to date. The beds were so comfortable, amenities complete.

Liked everything.

Room very luxurious and comfortable. Complimentary high quality snack food in room, restocked regularly. Also yummy breakfast buffet included in stay. Prime location. Friendly staff. While room rates are high, but commensurate with equivalent accommodations. However during our stay, it was relatively more economical than the standard rates for this hotel.

It is really hard to get ahold of the front desk to change or modify reservations. Multiple phone transfers voicemails returned days later. People in the same group I was traveling with had similar experiences. In the end it was all resolved to my satisfaction it was just stressful getting there.

It is a great downtown location on the square.

Location, very convenient to walking the Healdsburg downtown area. Thank you for the treats delivered to our room to celebrate Teri’s birthday and also our anniversary. Greatly enjoyed the five course dinner at Dry Creek Kitchen. The accompanying wines added to a fantastic dining experience.

The young man who helped us with our bags (very friendly) offered to charge our Tesla, which was very appreciated, but the next morning when we left, we realized it had not been charged. Unfortunately, we did not have extra time to sit and wait for it to charge up, so that was a disappointment as we had a bit of a drive ahead of us and would need to stop elsewhere to charge it in order to have enough to get home. In the room, the door to the bathroom, a barn door style slider, was quite hard to slide open and closed (no handle). The bathroom was lovely but the shower pressure was so poor that my husband didn't even wash his hair because he was afraid it would take forever to get the shampoo out! This was a surprise given how nice the facilities were otherwise and how costly the room was.

The Hotel Healdsburg is a lovely hotel in a great location. The grounds are beautiful and the staff we interacted with were all professional and friendly. The room (204) overlooking the plaza was very nice and comfortable. It was spacious, clean, and there were complimentary snacks for us, which was a really nice touch. The bed was very comfortable.

Only wished that offers/services on non-weekends were the saMe as on Weekends (eg wine testing) Also breakfast would be even better if we also had simple non sweat options
