We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesThe hotel was empty. The Armon Hotel no longer caters to professionals, despite being very close to professional office buildings. Bookings.com showed no availability, despite having an abundant amount of rooms available. My peers had to book rooms at a different hotel. There was no food available, I couldn't even get a bottle of water, let alone breakfast or dinner.
The room was relatively clean. I've stayed at this hotel before (when it was the Crowne Hotel). The hotel and rooms are getting dated, however it was relatively clean and comfortable.

United StatesWhen checking in there was a wait for about 2 hours. Due to a large influx of reservations, people were lined up to get their rooms. Unfortunately, there was only one person working at the time. We walked into the hotel at 11:15 pm, I got into my room at 1:30 am. This was not great for my kids who needed a bed. We ordered two rooms in close proximity which was accommodated. I had also ordered an extra bed online but didn't even ask at the desk, as I felt bad for the poor kid working the desk. He did a great job, but he was terribly understaffed for the situation. The parking garage did not accommodate my larger SUV (Expedition- we have four kids). The oversized lot was $20 more than the regular lot and was not where they said it was. I parked on the street. Breakfast was at a shared complex with the Holiday Inn, which was fine just crowded.
The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The resort seemed nice, although most of the amenities were not open. Staff was good just terribly understaffed.

United StatesStaff is very rude..Marilyn at front desk not accommodating at all ..I asked for early check in due to my toddler was sick..she said we can allow 10 min earlier inspite of 50percent rooms empty 😃 and the guy who was at front desk in evening gave me a stare like rock from WWE just because I ordered take out and asked the delivery guy to leave at reception...for breakfast you have to walk 1 mile to the holiday inn ...no microwave in room .no ice dispenser was working on any floor..the hotel looks like a ghost town..no maintenance...as majority rooms empty.. Management needs to change attitude of staff asap

United StatesPay for parking, massive line to check in at 11 pm and 2am - only 1 or 2 staff members and 1 left with no replacement at 2am when there were 50 people still in line. Need more staff and if they are having trouble finding staff, need to pay better. Half of breakfast was picked bare. Coffee was only available for a few minutes and slowly replenished.

United StatesFront desk employees were incredibly rude. We didnt even get a ‘hello’ or ‘welcome.’ They spent the whole check in talking to each other about how they charged a guest the wrong rate, and they put a guest in the wrong room and then one of them went up to tell the guests they had to move rooms. It was very interesting to see how people like that even have jobs. The only communication I received was, ‘the elevators is over there.’ Yikes. Other than the dull-minded employees, the place was like a ghost town. Rooms were meh. They had those extremely slow, full water toilet bowls that take like 3 flushes to work. Waste of water/money. Place needs updates. Secret parking garage charge.

United StatesThere was a big, frustrating problem with checking in and the hotel’s new to them use of the booking.com app. It took 20 minutes person to check in and I was at the front desk for about 40 minutes since I was third in line. Then, after I was in my room, the front desk contacted me to go back down and they took my credit card info even though I already paid with booking.com. I’m watching to see if I get double billed.
The bed was very comfortable. The atrium was very attractive.
