Found the room to be a little dark.

Facilities and set up of the property was great. I appreciated having free access to a laundry. Everything operated really well (once I worked out how to operate the shower!) I liked the garden and the barbecue. Also enjoyed the fact that the room was well ventilated and cool, and really didn’t need to use the air conditioning.

Actually nothing. We did hear the heavy footed peeps upstairs but usually quiet by 10 pm. Loved having chairs to take to beach , cooler , umbrella.

The guest bedroom door and master bath door rattled. The pillows were not good but I bought and left new ones 😊

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. I appreciated that it was very well stocked. They thought of every detail. We ran into a few issues ( broken television, internet went out, power loss) but they were on top of it and replied immediately to my concerns. Dale and Lisa were great!

Loved the location and the studio. It was perfect for my husband and I. The grounds were very nice too. I would definitely recommend to family and friends and if I ever get a chance to go back to Kauai I would book it again.

Jacuzzi not at temperature (4 hours to heat at 100•F) and smells a bit. Some cooking commodities could be proposed (spices, oil) given the price.

Quiet and spacious apartment. Kitchen tools are complete to cook. 5 mins walk to the beach, 10 mins to Poipu beach and it’s sunbathing green turtles !

No boogie boards or beach umbrella available. No table to eat inside when it's raining. TV was difficult to figure out but had Netflix and apps. Bedroom door did not close well due to raised flooring.

5-10 minute walk to Poipu Beach. Lawn chairs and beach towels were provided. Very quiet neighbourhood. Chocolates and juices were a nice touch. BBQ worked well.

Not sure if anyone ever uses the jaccuzzi - it's so hot out!

Beautiful, very spacious - huge balcony and living room. Easy check in, everything we needed in the appartment. Beaches walking distance. Great place!

Excellent location very close to Poipu & Brennecke Beach, and convenient for the activities we planned on the south side of Kauai. Our unit was clean and well stocked, we especially liked the large bathroom and glass shower! Would definitely recommend this property to others.

The days we were there in mid-September 2023 saw lots of crashing waves on Poipu Beach - you really couldn't go out too far

The property is close to Poipu beach, and the chairs, cooler, and umbrella provided by the hosts made for pleasant beach days. It was also easy driving distance to Hanapepe and Wiamea and sights on the southern and western coasts of the island. Great variety of restaurants and other activities close by.

The location was great because you could walk to the beautiful Poipu beach. It was also very nice to have chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for use. They had unit air conditioners that also did the trick. We had one problem with a cabinet that needed fixed and they came and fixed it quickly the next day. It was also a nice size for my family. Although we did not use it, they also had access to a washer and dryer downstairs.

We were ready for a challenge with the shower and it took us a while to figure out how to get the shower started. Once we realized how to pull on the handle, it was no problem. My only other thought was the bathroom counter. It's a lovely double sink, but very little counter space.

Everything we needed was there. The studio is cozy and comfy.

This is a beautiful location within walking distance to Poipu beach. This was our third stay at this property as we prefer a small boutique type facility. There are only three units at this facility. The grounds are immaculately kept.
