How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room decoration and furniture was a bit dated.
Well located 5 minutes from Sunport airport with a convenient 24 hour shuttle. Very pleasant lobby with a restaurant and bar where you can get some work done and enjoy a drink and bar food. Very nice and helpful staff.

Bar area was freezing with apparently no way to warm it up.
Comfortable room. Bar and restaurant to watch the Super Bowl in.

To use the Wi-Fi they want you to register with all your information. I didn't like that..I used my phone's hot spot. Missing little things, like a notepad and pens.
24 hour shuttle. Close to the airport. Parking included in the price. Comfortable bed.

Did not like that the beds were still dirty. The fitted sheet wasn't even the right size. It wasn't on completely. There was what looked like blood stain on the top comforter.
Loved the location. Loved the staff. Staff was amazing. Young lady at front desk in the evening was great and so was the bar staff on Friday night on Aug 11th.

It has it listed there is a hot tub on site. This location was picked because it was suppose to have a hot tub. Staff said they got rid of it due Covid… but they kept the pool. Before booking - call ahead to double check the amenities

There was a strange stain in the bathtub. I don't know if it was rust, but it was red in color. I wished they had done a look over because that was surely overlooked.
The breakfast buffet was great. Make sure you add it to your booking, and they'll have your name on a list in the morning. Just go to the host and give them your name. Also, you can take your breakfast in a togo container. They have to go canned juice, as well. But, the dining area is very elegant and well placed if you're waiting for your shuttle. I enjoyed proximity to the airport. I enjoyed the shuttle to the airport, which was available and included with your stay. It was available 24/7. In fact, it was there before I asked for it. It was super convenient. I enjoyed the variety of television shows and TV app programming available for viewing. I felt at home and able to watch my shows. The bed was comfy, and the complimentary beauty products in the bathroom were Neutrogena. I also loved the design of the folded towels. It was a nice touch.

The hot tub is just a big concreted in slab that is cracking and had one piece of caution tape.
Our room was very spacious (King Deluxe). It was clean, the staff was very friendly, and easy parking.

While the room and fixtures were very nice, they were not well taken care of. The bathroom was run-down and shabby. A bit of paint would have helped.
Parking was convenient and the desk staff were friendly and helpful. We were right by the Sunport parking. We did not use the onsite bar or restaurant.

There wasn’t much parking room upstairs, so they offered garage parking which was fine but a little spooky. Also the “ free breakfast” which said was free turned out to be around 12 dollars per person. There was a pool and a hot tub in the pictures before we stayed and when arrived the pool was not very appealing and the hot tub was cemented up with caution signs.
the property was nice and in an area that was around many places to go to.
