That the restaurant was not fully operational! Bar & grill was not operational the first night! But was notified! Also water in room was not complementary!

Things i didn't care for: 1) I called the front desk 3 times asking for fresh towels and never received them. 2) The restaurant didn't have many options (only hamburgers). 3) All the construction in progress.

I got to the hotel DEcember 22nd, and that day until 27th, nobody cleaned my room, although I requested since DEc 25th night till DEc 26th night. I had lots of garbage. The people who are in charge at the front desk did nothing, except that I could get fresh towels in that period of time. Another point is that cleaning people DO NOT know how to vaccum a rug. Every tiem, even when we arrived and when they finally cleanes my room, one could find a lot of fluff and tiny things at the entrance of my room and many others. We had 3 rooms form DEc 22th -jan 1st.

No telepoine in the room and I told them but they never didbring us one. BUT they did let us in the room early, my husband was very please. Had to watch college games. Overall very pleased.

- the Lobby was hot all the time - the food choices were limited the bed was uncomfortable - the pillows flat - I generally stay at Holiday Inn's but thought I would give Hilton a try because of the location

The washer and dryer left a bit of an odor. The carpet was a little sticky when walking barefoot.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were always good and the facilities (I used the laundry and pool) were great as well!

I paid extra for the high speed internet, but it was spotty. It dropped out several times. Internet is important to me when traveling for planning purposes.

I picked this hotel for the location which was a 3 minute drive from my destination. It's a typical Hilton Garden Inn, with restaurant and conference center. It's a nice facility. Bed was comfortable.

The fitness room’s water cooler was empty, so we had to return to our room to pick up bottled water. We discovered ants in our room after returning late in the evening on the night of our last stay. Since we were checking out the next day, we dealt with it, but in a rush to leave in the morning, forgot to report it to the front desk. This is an older hotel that needs to replace it’s carpets and refresh bathrooms, to include sealing cracks where ants can be a problem.

Good location for our needs. Excellent parking and appreciated the hotel’s automatic opening double doors at their rear entrance. It provided a wide opening when entering hotel with or without a luggage cart and was a great convenience that other comparable hotels don’t have. Our room and bathroom were clean, but obviously old. We had breakfast (not free) once during our stay. The dining area was clean, the food good, served promptly and the service friendly. We used the fitness room once. It was clean, had a good sample of different exercise equipment, sufficient room to stretch and ample supply of towels.
