The location was excellent for us as we like to walk and explore the city. It's in walking distance to the party street Brouben Street and the River walk. There is heaps of nice little Restaurants nearby. They have a guest laundry and vending machine on the 12th and 18th floor. Your room gets serviced everyday and nothing is a problem fir the staff.

The lobby was on the 11th floor and the website photos did not match what we got

The bed was very noisy, everytime we move it squeaked. Very uncomfortable. Also the carpet looked dirty and had spots.

i was unable to connect to wi-fi via my mobile phone (sign-in page simply did not appear). breakfast could be better - we only took it once (and one dinner on the arrival day), then we found much better options in the area.

No free parking, only valet parking is available. There was only one staff was working in the kitchen and slow for orders for breakfast.

I messaged ahead that my friend would need to check in first as my flight had been very delayed. I sent her name in the morning. When she arrived in the evening she went through a lot of hassle and had to call me to intervene - luckily I was between connecting flights.

Location! Room Was really nice and clean. Comfortable beds and really nice amenities. Hotel is close to transportation and walkable to Bourbon street. Wonderful all day breakfast cafe across the street called Bread and Butter. Amazing coffee and food - good prices and great ladies behind the counter.

Bad attitude from a couple employees trying to get a couple things addressed: room key not working, ice machine not working. Housekeeping calling our room and knocking on the door at 8:15 AM on checkout day! Then I found out they overcharged me, again bad attitude from employee but I believe it was finally corrected.

Pet friendly, cheap, good location to get street cars to anywhere. Room was large, two queen beds, comfortable. Convenient on site valet parking with access to our vehicle anytime.

I've informed the hotel stay that the safe in my hotel room was low on battery and it never got fixed. Also, they didn't have filtered water to buy for people who travel with a CPAP. Their food prices are extreme for dinner. All purchases for basic snacks need to be purchased at the front desk. I wish they had an electronic kiosk to purchase basic snacks.

The room was very spacious for 1 person with a ok view of the city. The hotel's location is in close distance to the French Quarter and the Central Business District. The bathroom was clean, and housekeeping kept the room clean and resupplied the room with fresh linen, bathroom necessities, and coffee daily. Also, it was convenient to have the outdoor pool and the small gym on the same floor. Plus, the ability to get breakfast and/or dinner on the same floor as the lobby. The hotel wifi was good to use but you need to remind yourself it's unsecured.

We absolutely loved our room! Such a nice stay for such a great price. We had some issues with the AC in our room. And had to be moved to different rooms, but Kendrick (front desk) and Kevin (maintenance) worked SO hard and fast to make everything right for us! Couldn’t have asked for better! It’s not often you find somewhere that works that quick to make things right. So a big thank you to those workers for that!!

The floor starts at 11 floor.

The location was great. We were able to get to Canal Street with no issues. However, the floors are high and I am afraid of elevators. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
