You need to put in more low tables outside by the bar for people like me who are partially disabled and cant sit at a high top. Lunch items are okay. Fish and chips was highly disappointing for the price. Two small pieces of fish. Looks like McDonalds. You are on the water for goodness sakes. Being at the Hilton,you expect two pieces of fresh fish. There's no shortage of fish. Also, there was a group there for a baseball tournament. At least ten teens jumped in and starting throwing a football and took over the pool. We all adjusted, but I don't think you should allow balls in the pool. Several people got hit and there were small children in the pool.

Too expensive for the buffet breakfast for what you get. No ham, chipped beef, pastries.

Housekeeping often forgot to replenish toilet paper and Kleenex. 2 of 3 times they cleaned our room it was forgotten. Room service trays sat in hallway for 2+ days.

Enjoyed the beach with chairs, bikes, all the extras that were included. The beach is beautiful and great snorkeling accessible right from the beach. Servers Wendy and Marielle were very friendly and helpful. Wings and fries were really good. We loved our oceanfront room and big balcony. We had a great stay and would visit again!

the facility was very old. The staff at the front desk were not very friendly. There was always a police car at the front entrance at night. I thought it was a safe area, but I guess not if they needed police support every night. No room service. The gym, hallways and our room smelled musty. It made my allergies kick in and we left a day early. We still got charge for the three nights of parking, even though we were checked out after 2 nights. Not fair. Nice to be on the beach, but we will not go back to that one ever again.

there was very little not to like. Small little things like there were some maintenance things could’ve been a little better. The toilet didn’t quite flush exactly perfect it did flush and it was fine… but it wasn’t flushing as the toilet should. Also the toilet paper was behind the toilet to the right so it was very inconvenient to reach it. These were very minor things. Also there was some metal flashing around the door jam in the bathroom that was corroded at the bottom. Again just a very minor maintenance issue but every time you sat on the toilet you would be looking at it. Also it seemed like the bathroom in the room and even the hallway around the room were a little tiny bit cramped for space. Nothing that would make the stay and pleasant but not as spacious as some of the other places we stayed. This was all offset by our overall stay. The beds were comfortable which is a big huge plus… The other thing was that there was a rain storm at night and there was some kind of sitting around the glass door that was making a whistling noise that was really loud and it would only start when we would crack the door open just a teeny bit so like I said small little maintenance issues around the room also somebody had set the alarm clock for 6:30 in the morning so after a long day of travel and Hardwork we were woken up at the crack of dawn! This is something that housekeeping should check when they clean the room make sure no alarm is permanently set on the clocks. Otherwise the room was clean and we were very happy with the service everywhere in the hotel and the property over all the food in the restaurants etc.

We had an oceanfront room and it was right on the beach. The pool was nice and the beds were comfortable there was carpets around them so our feet weren’t cold. The food was good and all the restaurants and not overpriced. Of all the places we’ve stayed recently we were the happiest with this one.

The bathroom was small. If some is on the toilet you can hit them with the door.

It was right on the beach. The Keys were bracelets you wore on your hands which were nice. the Bath towels in the bathroom were nice and big. Not small like other places

2 of the 3 elevators were out of service on our 2nd day. The service elevator smelled bad/was kind of gross. The price of our stay was pretty high for a small room with a mediocre view and hardly any balcony space. Parking was expensive

The breakfast was good- on the pricey side so only did once. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. When we needed assistance with bringing down our suitcases we received very prompt attention.

The pool , pool area , cabanas needs some remodeling and refurbishment. Great display of drink options and packages . Pool towels looked very used and old. All bars should be open through the day.

The staff was amazing considering it was during a huge storm. The food and bar service was very good . Anibal was incredible as it was busy while we all stayed inside and could not go outside due to heavy rainstorm. Restaurant staff were all very attentive . Everything was on point and all very very clean!

a bit out dated, rooms need to be touched up some, some of the furniture is chipped up, the sink wasn’t cleaned properly, walls in room and hallway needs to be re painted
