Our rooms had small windows up by the ceiling so no view. It was dark due to no windows.

The rooms were older. Shower curtain was too short and so the bathroom floor was wet every time I showered. staff addressed it by bringing more towels as opposed to a properly fitting curtain…

I loved the location; close to lots of amenities and the major highways. the breakfast was very good hot tub and pool were very relaxing

the room felt dated. the property definitely can use a fresh coat of paint. there was a blood stain on my pillow which left me a little grossed out. they just put put a new pillow case (could have just changed the pillow). I bring my own pillow case and sheets…I’m not a huge fan of carpet because no matter how much it’s cleaned, you still get that old smell. the key to the room didn’t work properly; it took forever trying to get that key to work. housekeeping must be requested a day in advance (but they didn’t tell us that at check in) but they will bring fresh towels upon request.

what they lacked, they made up for in hospitality and the breakfast. the breakfast was really good and the staff was very friendly. they are constantly cleaning and wiping everything down. I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi area. it felt very clean. they are constantly cleaning the common areas.

There’s never a mirror with well placed lighting to put on make up.

Omelette s were excellent. Staff was great. Steam trays were lukewarm.

The hotel could use upgrading, the bathroom was old and the toilets were so low it was very difficult to get up from. Out microwave didn’t work either. We didn’t get housekeeping during our stay, we were there for four days but he hotel housekeeping only clean the room on the fifth day. If you wanted housekeeping you needed to notify the front desk 1 day in advance.

Breakfast was good, plenty of options. The location was perfect in terms of restaurants and shopping. The airport was only 20 minutes away and the location of the hotel made it very easy to find places to go.

The receptacle by the coffee pot did not work, had to move it to the bathroom to make coffee. TV had some issues.

Thought that while the property was older..it was really pretty and well cared for. Nicely landscaped too. Breakfast was great!

The carpet in the room was very unprofessionally installed and looked ragged, nasty, and old, as there were large gaps between the wall and the carpet😟 The entire room was outdated and did not match the expectations of the photos provided online and were very old. We found dead baby roaches on the bathroom counter, near the tub/shower, and near the kitchen area.🤢 Only vending available were drinks. No food/snacks. Not sure that I'd return to this hotel anytime soon.

The location was perfect for our stay. Rooms were spacious and bed was super comfy🙂. The complimentary breakfast was a perk and enjoyed the fact they served fresh omelets cooked to order!! The cook was very friendly and pleasant and seemed to enjoy his job.
