The place is dwarfed by massive resorts on both sides, they overflow into the hotel parking on the backside. And unfortunately anyone who pays for a beach view balcony room on the lower levels gets not a view of the beach but the massive waste management dumpsters for BOTH hotels. Nothing sitely or pleasant about the view from room 206. We were awoken one morning by a local jumping in the Dumpster.

The property was conveniently placed. Never wanted when trying for a food option or a bit of tourism.

The view was horrible, our view was the dumpster in a alley, housekeeping should be retrained on how to properly clean rooms there was hair in shower and on floor around the toil which was gross 🤮couldn't find the ice bucket until we were about to check out and didn't no we were in a adjacent room until we heard the people trying to open our door then they started knocking on our door 😕 for the money you guys could offer some type of breakfast but we won't be back 👎🏽

The rooms are very outdated considering the price point. We will not return based on that. Should the rooms be updated the price may reflect better. However, the rooms were clean and housekeeping did a great job of maintaining. There was an unpleasant smell each time we exited the elevator in hallway; we believe it is the carpet which needs replacing.

The outside area of this place was a complete disaster! The pool was freezing cold, hot tub was not hot! Walking from the building to the pool area was really bad and dirty, stepped on 2 short rusted screws while walking to the pool are in bare feet and many sharp rocks from the total lack of cleaning of the cement area, we had to cross to get to the pool area. The area around the pool was very dirty, with so much debris that was unclean! Only one elevator in operation, had to wait sometimes twenty minutes to be able to use it! No room service of any kind and the bed was so bad it destroyed our backs! We understand there were maintance issues, however the noise and the total mess of this place was unreal! We went to the time share meeting after this experience and when we were given the price and the unreal maintance fees, why would anyone trust this company for good service and total lack of any value! We should have been refunded for out total disastrous vacation at this place! Imagine being charged a resort fee of over $25.00 per night, what a ripoff! I will also post this on Booking.com if we are not refunded the ripoff resort fee! very few if any of us bought anything at the out sid bar because it also was a complete ripoff, nobody used it and the talk amounst us all was the same and that was why it was always empty and would close very early, because we refused to paying those prices for a cup of ICE! And worse part of all is no access to the beach!

Very noisy near the pool and BBQ area due to renovations. Very old hotel, the entire hotel needs to be refurbished.

I arrived a little after 4pm after an 11 hour drive & told room wasn’t ready, it wasn’t ready till a little past 6pm, the room was supposed to have been partial ocean view, there was no view unless you count the brick wall around our so called balcony

solicitors will bother you everyday and call the room/ cellphone for you to buy timeshares. banging on the doors if you didn’t answer the calls. so hard to relaxing when being bothered by solicitors even though they have a sign saying the do not solicit. view was next to an alley parking garage which was very noisy all hours of the day. elevators felt unsafe. very worn out and will have to wait forever to get on one.

the room size but the doors to the patio didn’t want to open so we had to change rooms took till 1:00 in the morning to get in room so felt like I paid for a stay that didn’t happen and the noise from the building next door was 24 hours couldn’t sleep for the noise they was throwing stuff in the dumpster all night I understand people need to work but when you’re spending that much money they could quit by a decent hour to let people enjoy their stay they paid so much for and worked so hard to take the trip

the room was way overpriced for what we got. the balcony was obviously unusable dirty and 3/4 wall with windows so more like a porch over a roof on 2nd floor. supposed to be balcony part ocean view. most likely will not book through this website anymore $600 waste
