The pool is small and shallow. It would be nice to have a bigger swimming pool but the hot tub was great.

Great location - an easy quick walk to the beach. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and spacious, especially the bathrooms and the beds were very comfortable.

Best location in Waikiki. Close to everything you'll ever need, including a 24 hour pharmacy. Rooftop pool is small but excellent for kids and adults.

Central location close to all the shopping and food at Waikiki as well as being walking distance to the beach. Access to the hotel was a bit hidden but that allowed the hotel to feel less public and more private. Room sizes were great, loved the kitchenette and dishwasher, small fridge, stove. Also loved the suite arrangement and staff were great. Note that there is no turn over service while you stay there but you can get new towels, etc from the housekeeping.

    Nothing

We travelled with our almost one year old and the room worked perfectly for us. Kitchen facilities were excellent and it was perfect having a seperate bedroom and a bathroom with both bath and shower. The whole suite, including all kitchen items were immaculately clean as well and although we were next to the laundry room and close to the lifts our room was super quiet all the time. Free washer/dryer facilities were a super handy added bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times and accommodated us with an early check in. The rooftop pool/bar set up was really well done and never too busy, yes the pool is just a plunge pool but it still did the trick and with the great views you really can't complain. Location was great with the beach an easy 5-10 min walk (either Fort DeRussy or Waikiki) or 15mins to the Hilton lagoon and close to all shops and restaurants. This was our fourth visit to Waikiki and our first in this hotel, I would definitely recommend it.

The pool was a little small, but not quite a big deal when there's a whole ocean nearby.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Valet was always on top of things and Susan at the front desk was very sweet to everyone. She also gave my daughter a little cookie and was very informative. The room was very clean and had just about everything we could ask for.

Housekeeping is now every 3 days as opposed to everyday. It gets a little crowded with an overload of towels that build up

We stay here every time we come back to Hawaii for 2 weeks at a time. it’s home away from home.

AFter the bad start (not due to anything your hotel did) - we were very happy - from the car service to the hotel employees - everyone was extremely polite and helpful -

I will try to be short - when we booked we thought we were part of Hilton Hawaiian Village - (long story- very disgusted with booking.com) - anyhow - The hotel clerk Susan was extremely polite, courteous and helpful. We were very unhappy by time we arrived - and she actually calmed us down - and was able to get us to stay - and see the room and made us glad we listened to her and stayed

We were there 6 nights and had our room serviced once. We knew the pool would be small, but it was smaller than we imagined so we didn't use it. But it was nice to go up to the roof to see the view. We had no view from our room. But we did greatly enjoy the calm sitting around the pool and the cabanas and the cocktails we ordered were delicious.

Super convenient location that was surprisingly quiet. Normally we stay at the Village but this time we decided to change it up and are pleased we had the experience. Extremely clean and well resourced rooms including a dishwasher! Small but good assortment of crockery and cutlery for the odd meal eaten in room. Pull out couch for daughter was too uncomfortable so she just slept on the sofa. The double beds were good but obviously small. Quiet and safe and super clean.

Nothing. Everything met our expectations, and in some cases, more than.

Every staff member we engaged with was helpful, friendly, aloha spirit embodied. Room we booked was great! Clean, tidy, well maintained with ample wardrobe & drawer space. Bed was comfy, not too soft or hard. Power plug on top of each bed side table so we didn't have to search for one. Kitchen had options we didn't end up using, however glad to have had the cooking options. Fridge had good space. Loved having the bath & shower options for our stay. Bath was great if doing a fare amount if walking/hiking & need a soak, & shower had heaps of room with a large shower head, good pressure. Note our room had the water filling the tub from the roof. Valet parking team were fantastic! Easy access to street from lobby & lower lobby. Starbucks right across from us with other great eats within a 5-10 min stroll. Beach access was easy to find.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay but there are a few small issues for improvement. Bathroom was very big but kind of dated with very chalky showerhead and taps. Too bad the bar is not open during the evening. We checked about 5 times and only once towels were available at the pool. Some people were raving about the attached Italian restaurant. Coming from Europe we think the quality was definitely not Italian and way overpriced. (Of course it's officially not part of the hotel.)

Good size room, good beds, good location, friendly staff.

there’s no room service. we did stay long, and it gets a bit icky but you manage. our flight arrived early morning -6am - and rooms aren’t available to 4pm. that was tough after a long flight with two kids under 2! they were both exhausted and screaming in the lobby. it’s out of the hotel’s control because they didn’t have a room but I wish there was more help in accommodating early arrivals. maybe some water (a very simple gesture) goes a long way!

The room size is great! we are family with two young kids so it allowed them enough space to not feel confined. Having the kitchen really helped. bathrooms are huge and clean. bed was big and comfy. location was central and so good! close to the beach, shopping, food! our room was quiet too! quite sound proof from traffic outside. Michael gets credit for being so lovely! he worked at concierge.
