All the four pillows on our king bed were hard. For us they were not usable.

It was fine. The attendant was busy the entire time we were in the breakfast room making sure the buffet was fully supplied, helping patrons and cleaning tables. The toaster was a problem because it was not evident how to start it. We as well as other patrons had to be shown by the attendant how it worked.

The smell of weed was everywhere. Like probably everywhere around Baltimore, it was more weed in the air than an oxygen. We were laughing that we can get high just from staying in this hotel. Parking is so tight, that even when you properly parked next to someone it is difficult to leave the car

With three people in the room, I expected to have enough towels, but there were only two, and it took a long time for one to be made available to us.

I liked the cleanliness and the attentive and helpful staff. Although I did not experience the breakfast, the coffee was decent enough. It's a decent place to rest if you travel in this area.

The rugs in elevator were dirty. Was not clear how to get fresh towels, finally just tracked down house keeper in hall way and we communicated via phone translator.

When it's pack ,you have to park in the back because people don't know how to park their cars and take up two parking spots.

The place is always clean and the beds are so comfortable. It just hugs you for a good night sleep. They always have fresh complimentary coffee. Everyone is so friendly.

The breakfast was good and spacious. Enough seating to sit and relax with a cup of coffee and some eggs or waffles. The area is industrial and right off the main expressway. Nothing around within walking distance. But an easy car ride away was Towson with plenty of options.

Why do you not have High Def reception for your TV service? This should be standard like AC in a new car nowadays.

I wish it was not that close the highway, but the room was quiet and did not bother me to sleep.

The location was perfect for the event that we were attending and close to restaurants. Breakfast was warm and clean, with staff very attentive to keep it clean and replenished.

Room needed more lights! No overhead lighting. Annoyed that we got dinged a daily fee for the safe we didn't use. Com'on guys! Room looked over the HVAC units on roof, but we were there only to sleep.

Breakfast was excellent; gym was clean and bright, a little light on equipment for resistance workouts. Bed fine as was bathroom. Liked location near highway, plus great park down the road (Cromwell Valley) for hiking and walking once rain stopped.

The hot water wasn't very hot, more like warm. Otherwise I didn't have any other issues or things that I didn't like about my stay.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel overall was quiet. It was close and convenient to everything I needed to do and had a host of amenities in the area like shopping and dining that made it quick and easy for me to get what I needed.

Over shot the driveway. Pay attention cause there is only 1 entrance and exit. If you miss it, you will end up back on the highway if you're driving in from town.

I wish I could have stayed longer.

I enjoyed having a fridge in the room and the bed was comfortable. I had a corner room and it was so peaceful. I didn’t make it for breakfast but having the option was amazing. I slept in.
