Bathroom was outdated and the curtains hung over the heater fan and blocking the air vent up for it too, seemed really odd - wrong curtains.... had to use a office fold back clips to keep the curtain together for privacy.

Breakfast selections and quality was fantastic. good location, beds super comfy! Staff were very nice and helpful

The younger guy and younger women that worked 7-3am were not professional at all. I stayed 9 nights and asked for a Clorox wipe bc I didn’t have room service and was treated like I wasn’t going to bring the container back was going to steal wipes. WTH is that and was told it was the weirdest request. So I ended my stay with them 2 days early. Not professional

Nancy n the women who worked the night shift were wonderful. Even when the tv stopped working they had maintenance guy fix it,while I was out. It went out again n maintenance guy came right back n he was very nice young man who had me laughing

The mattresses were a little firmer than we like, but that’s just our preference

Breakfast is buffet style, and great. The locations was spectacular as it was about 10 minutes from home and right around the corner from a Wawa, so we could get meals without having to go far. Close to the outlets, mall, and various restaurants. The staff were VERY nice and accommodating. We lost power due to a storm, which displaced many, and it was about 40° outside. Our power company said it would be at least 2 days before it could be restored. I reserved the room for 2 nights. There were many other people around the area that were displaced, and the hotel discounted the prices for all of us. Our power was turned back on the next morning, and we were not charged for the second night, even though we were there past checkout.

Only thing I didn’t like was the room smelled a bit musty, like no one had been in it for a while last. I turned the fan on and the smell died down then. Otherwise everything was clean and comfortable.

Just a bit cramped around the elevator if guests had suitcases and were trying to move toward the lobby.

Location. It was close to our relatives and also had sidewalks for walking in front of the hotel.

Breakfast was good. Had a variety. Comfortable bed and pillows. We had a suite and it was plenty big and spacious. No problem with hot water. Staff super friendly and helpful. Big breakfast area.

Issue with reservation using booking.com. I only used this site because the hotel site reservation tool was not working. When we arrived, we dud not have a reservation. Happily the staff rebooked us which we appreciated since we were staying for a surgery the next day.

Breakfast was completely repetitive. Last day there was no creamer other than French Vanilla. First day no yogurt One of my cups of Yogurt had fermented second day all food pre packaged, reheated and bland. Room was very clean and well kept but bed was somewhat uncomfortable for both my wife and myself

I honestly have to say the breakfast was a huge disappointment (again). The breakfast area was very clean and the display was very nice. Ample quantities of food available BUT the food was terrible. It wasn't the cooking rather the quality of food. This is an issue because I really count on having the convenience of breakfast in the morning at hotel when traveling on business. I honestly, will try another hotel chain simply on the fact that the breakfast is using the lowest quality foods and think this is a slap in the face to the customer especially paying the rates you ask for.

Had an issue putting a $20 hold on my debit card at the front desk (was not due to insufficient funds). Never had heard of a damage deposit up to this point but paid $250 damage deposit prior to my stay, while checking in. Staff returned the deposit once they saw no damage and were easy-going about it. This is probably stated somewhere, but should be mentioned very clear as some people may not be able to just withdrawal such an amount, I can only speak for myself; my only complaint.

Great breakfast food, love the buffet approach. Very clean rooms & bathrooms. Wifi is fast! If I'm in the area again this will be my go-to.
