Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesNothing wrong with Baymont Inn I was turned away from my paid room at The Ramada Hotel down the road and luckily the Baymont Hotel Clerk was a wonderful host and he just wrote out the details on paper and pen and I had a good night’s sleep! Many thanks Carlos!!!

United StatesBreakfast could have been better. While it was a "hot" breakfast, some of the pancakes were hardened from over heating. Eggs would have been a great addition or a waffle iron.
While the room I had didn't offer a bath tub, the shower was phenomenal. If all locations have this same shower set up with the same water pressure, your hotel will become my absolute go to for travel. However the breakfast options need an upgrade.

United StatesWhat I didn't like was the fact that I didn't have a bathtub I have a 3-year-old and a 2 year old and they fell many times in the shower it was so slippery that they almost cracked their head that made me very upset and then the other thing is I rented a room that was wheelchair accessible with the Willing shower but it didn't have a bench for him to sit down on he cannot stand so we had to ask the front desk and they had to go look for it but they did find it.
The staff was awesome very professional and friendly and very helpful for breakfast they had a good variety. The rooms were very clean
