The pool was the coldest pool I ever experienced - we still did go for a swim. Also, we had some bathroom troubles, but nothing too serious.

Stepping into the property, the hotel felt definitely above its star rating. Everything was clean and neat, the breakfast was good (although a little limited), and the staff was super friendly. Would recommend.

We were told adjoining rooms were available upon checkin and when we checked in we were told no. We asked for rooms across hall from each other instead and that didn’t even happen.

Maybe the cleaners could clean more often and better.

You get what you pay for, it wasn't overly dirty but I was glad that I brought my own blanket & pillow. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast is typical. The pool was freezing but my kids didn't care and swam both nights we were there. I would stay there again.

There was nothing I didn't like...if I had to pick something ...you should keep the pool open a lil later and have adult hour for the last hour

breakfast could have had a bit more to it. the room smelled stuffy and musty. there was a car in the parking lot that was up on bricks and the wheels had been taken. that was very unusual for the area.

Facility needs some maintenance on certain items such as the side door locks. Non functional or turned off requiring entrance from front only.

2nd stay here. Location is good for us to enjoy Faster Horses.

The breakfast was ok, very simple but adequate. There was no hot food and very minimal fruit but I was ok with that.

We were in room 108, I do not recommond this room. This room was the first room behind the desk, other guest were so loud and doors kept slamming as they were getting ready and leaving. The laundry room must have been next to us, since we could hear thumping like something large was in the dryer.

Location was great. Internet was down when we tried to check-in at 4:00 pm, we had a banquet and came back around 10:30. Check-in was quick and easy.

Scratchy sheets and bed was very hard.

I would have given this five stars but the sheets on the bed were very scratchy and the bed could have been a bit more comfortable . The place was very clean and the rest of the accommodations were very nice.

A lot of difficulty accessing our room with the key card. Front desk staff was helpful, remade the keys but still had to come and make several efforts to get door open.

As soon as I booked the room I got a phone call from them for payment. They charged my card for the stay plus $20. The room I booked was a pay at the property so I called back and questioned it. They said it was for incidentals. I think that was a little underhanded of them. When I book a room through you that I clearly select pay at property I don’t expect to get calls immediately from the property for payment and then an added for fee on top of that.

It was clean. Location was good. Staff was friendly.

The pool was freezing. I wanted to be able to sit in there and relax and it was so cold that you couldn't tolerate it. Would be nice to see a hot tub add as well. Bigger towels available for larger people would be nice as well.

Internet service was pretty slow. And parking was somewhat limited.

The staff friendliness was outstanding. The breakfast was pretty good. And the facilities were clean, fresh and comfortable.
