Hotel was in the middle of a remodel so it was kind of torn up. Website said there was no fees for pet but when I arrived I was charged a $50 dollar fee plus $100 deposit.

Location is excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, your price is getting way to high since COVID. I will look closer at other options on our next trips.

I have always stated at Hoilday Expresses and find the rooms clean and comfortable. The breakfast is always well supplied and warm. The attendant was always in view and kept up with the items.

First impression during sign-in was not good as there was a sign at the desk asking to call a number to get checked in - very inconvenient! There was some small items that were "out-of-order", such a the pool shower, some of the work out equipment, and the sink in the room had a loose handle. The worst problem during our stay was the bed, or lack of comfort. The bed was one of the worst beds I have had to sleep in and did not look forward to laying down at night and frequently woke up and sat in the office chair in the room. Breakfast was ok, but cold of been better - muffins and other packaged items were old. Gravy and sausage were a bit tasteless and lacking quality. Very minor but pool needs some maintenance including replacing some of the tiles. The elevator has the word "meow" carved into the stainless steel and looks terrible.

Location was great as we stayed at this location before the Covid period. The hotel was overall clean and was somewhat quiet. We didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff, other than "Gus" who was very friendly and very helpful during breakfast. The breakfast itself was good, but I remember it being better prior to Covid.

The man filling the breakfast buffet was excellent. Kept everything hot, filled and clean. Thank You! The lady, on our last day, let things run out and closed parts down soon after 9:00.

The heated pool was colder than expected.

The staff was excellent! Friendly and willing to ensure we had a great stay. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and included hot food as well as cereal and fruit.

Room needed swept just a little bit better but it was swept. Carpet in hallways needed replaced . There weren't cut or tears just rippled some. Stairs needed swept. Wish their would of been bacon, just my personal preference.

Breakfast. Staff very pleasant and accommodating king size bed. Shower hot and drained great. In shower the soap, shampoo and conditioner not messy was on a holder in the shower. Towels clean and bed sheets. Television worked with cable. Good coffee with Keurig. Dusted. Breakfast area was clean and both the girl and guy supplied enough food. Very nice pleasant said hi if we needed anything let them know. Front desk as well. Parking lot clean.

Hallways and stairs had dated carpet, a bit dreary at night.

Quiet location, close to the highway and about 15 drive to Hocking Hills State Park. Staff were attentive, breakfast was hot and fresh.

I would’ve like a mattress pad because nothing protecting the mattress so I’m sure it wasn’t totally clean. Refrigerator was hard to open and started to come out.
