Area around hotel needs tidying up

Clean and tidy,presentable,just needs a bar.

Pool was a bit small, but not a major issue or reason for choosing the hotel. Housekeeping did not visit once for an eight night stay

The lady at breakfast was very attentive and keen, very proud of their recent trip advisor award.

The Location was just perfect for our stay. Friendly and helpful staff. We spent one Night but it was worth it. Breakfast was not bad at all.

While the breakfast was good, we weren't allowed to take any items out that we can use as a snack for our day. I've stayed at other Holiday Inn Express locations, and they were more than accommodating taking a couple of snack items. Maybe it's a post-pandemic thing but don't count on snacks from the breakfast. And just minor issue with the air conditioner not cooling the room enough but it wasn't bad.

The room was large and clean, everything you needed was there. Having the breakfast and wifi included as great. And the location to Walk of Fame and restaurants was great.

Front desk should be trained, not all, but most of them, guests should feel welcomed at any time. No luggage service to your room. You've to contact front desk before 11h00 AM if you want your room to be cleaned. Homeless people are around the Inn, like everywhere in L.A even in Beverly Hills!

The sofa bed mattress was terrible, couldn’t sleep on it as the coils kept on poking us. Breakfast was average.

Location was excellent as we are more of city dwellers than beach fans. 10 min walk to Madam Tussauds, Walk of Fame, Dolby Theatre and other attractions on one side & a 20 min drive to Warner Bros, Hollywood Sign & Griffith Observatory on the other. Rooms were clean & well maintained. Area felt safe at night too.

Staff are polite and made us feel welcome. The Hotel is convenient being just few minutes walk to Hollywood walk of fame.

The hallways were hot. Disliked taking two elevators to get to my room. Did not like paying $45 to park my car when i could have did it myself.

The lady in the breakfast area was super nice and welcoming. Great selection for a free breakfast. The eating area was clean.

The check out process created some confusion for us, we had requested the card not to be charged and we would pay with another card at check out. They also charged two days parking which we had not used. Also using the Television could be a simpler process with ability to login to Netflix, Prime etc

Breakfast was simple and good , being an international standard they should have more options for Vegetarians, hashbrowns at the minimum

View from room was just cement corridors. Could hear air conditioner from adjoining room all night. Breakfast room was directly over our room so there was noise throughout the morning.

Room was very clean and attractive. Location very close to Hollywood Bowl. Breakfast choices very good. Impressive updating of an older facility.

Two elevators to get to our room on the 7th floor! No drinking water in the room.

Spacious room, a very neat and clean hotel. Very close to most tourist attractions. Breakfast was basic but good. Marieta, the waitress at the restaurant is fantastic in customer service!

It was a smell from the aircon, not all the time, but it made a weird smell in the room.

The room was very humid even with the air conditioner running. Cleaning a room every five days.
