The room very much needs an update. Bathroom was dingy. Sofa-bed was caving in, and the walls and furniture looked dirty.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lobby was kept spotlessly clean. Good breakfast. Convenient to highways.

The floor did not look like it had been vacuumed at all. The room we stayed in was across from the elevator, which was no problem at first. However the entire stay the one elevator had a loose panel and it banged so loudly every time the doors opened or closed making it difficult to sleep.

the room initially given to us did not have a functional security bolt lock (was not working ), after complaining they moved us to a different room but this did not have a TV set so we decided to go back to the initial room. Then on the first day of stay they did not do essential housekeeping like they did not empty the waste baskets and did not re-stock the toilet paper and remove used towels - we had to call the front office and tell them. In addition you need to get someone to carefully inspect any repair service being done because there were things in the room like grout and plaster in the bathroom that looked poorly done. You need to get someone being attentive to inspect and supervise work done.

The sofabed wasn’t prepared, we had to do it on our own, and it wasn’t comfortable, matrasse very thin.

The room was big, the bed very comfortable. Variety at Breakfast-Buffet was ideal for us. Right next to hotel a Mc Donalds and Red Lobster Restaurant. It took us only 20 Min by car to Miami Beach.

I booked 2 rooms one with one king bed and the second one handicap with 2 beds , all handicap rooms are only one bed, had to go and buy Air mattress cause hotel didn’t have any other room available.

The staff were awesome very helpful, the beds are super confortable.

One of the elevators was out of service while there and given the occupancy of the hotel, there were delays in being able to move around. This was a very small matter. No reflection on the property.

Generally I was happy with the hotel, the staff and the location. Instead of the buffet breakfast, there was a "grab & go" arrangement which contained a good variety to suit all tastes.

The staff member who greeted me was rude. The first words out of his mouth were “put on a mask.” I am a vaccinated individual and the IHG website clearly says I am not required to wear a mask. Then, he rudely made it a point my room would not be ready at the 3pm check in time and he had no idea when it would be. I would expect the room i am being charged for would have been available to me at the promised time. I was traveling with a toddler and this made the whole experience unpleasant.
