The restroom could use an update; because of the door it was difficult to get in and out so we had to leave it open even when it was in use.

The staff that we seen everyday was respectful and helpful with all the questions and requests that we had. On our first day of having breakfast turned out to be a good start. It came out hot with a very good taste. The convenience was great; we were able to walk to various restaurants and stores. There was a shuttle that we were able to use for our travels to and from the theme parks.

I asked for particular accommodations and was assured I would get them , I called and was still promised to get the accommodations I got there and didn’t get them that inconvenienced me . but it was to late to go to another hotel… they were short on towels. so everyone in the hotel that needed towels had to literally wait hours . the pool was very small, slide didn’t work so that was another inconvenience, we didn’t even get in the pool at all . I was showering and noticed mold on the ceiling .

Although the rooms were clean, the building itself is a little run down. The walls were also very thin so when noisy people came back to their rooms you could hear everything.

Large room with large comfy bed. Location was good, not far from the Disney Resorts (20-25 minute drive) and near by malls (5-10 minute drive, less than $10 Uber). I didn't use the pool but saw lots of people walk towards the facility.

breakfast pricey $16:95 tho not a huge choice - I did have it 3 days then bought my own food at Walgreens. Large balcony doors were extremely heavy & stiff to slide open! Crack of bright light around the door was not welcome so had to put cushions & clothing around it!

Location was great on local bus routes near Disney Springs area & near restaurants & it’s a small hotel plus pool area v nice (quiet in the day) tho could be a big deeper - open 8-11 v good. Buffet or a la carte breakfast available. Store with snacks & some breakfast items.

I had a lipstick stain on one of my pillows. I didn’t want to think about it too hard so I just put it on the floor and didn’t use it.

I notified the hotel that we were celebrating my friend’s birthday and the room was decorated for her with a little gift basket! This was so thoughtful!

The cleansiness of the pool

Pool was not very clean. I wouldn't go in the pool at all and I heard other people say it wasn't clean. Lovely hotel though. Staff were excellent

Our balcony sliding door wasn't able to lock and we informed desk staff on day 1 and nothing was done about it which could be dangerous as we were on 1st floor.

Great location, free shuttle to theme parks as advertised and on time.

elevator got stuck upon arrival. television was difficult to choose channels. there was a dirty hand towel wadded up under our sink counter… we thought it was to mend a leak but turns out, it was just stuffed up and under the pipes. so that was kinda gross…

we only live an hour away & always try different hotels when we do Disney trips. this was our first crowne stay. location was prime! parking was doable, no complaints. breakfast was lovely! beds were super comfy & we enjoyed having a balcony

The up-keep of the hotel seemed to be very mediocre at best. We were there 4 days and did not get cleaning service until the 3rd day. If we needed fresh toilets and linen we had to request them from the front desk. The hotel did not provide complimentary breakfast.

I loved the location! My family and I planned a trip to Disney World and this hotel was about 1.5 miles from the park(s) main entrance.

Housekeeping wasnt completely put together but when asked after almost a week of not getting my room cleaned they finally did it

The hot water system was out of service for 3 of my 5 nights. The hotel left an apologetic letter in the room. Still, it wasn't great.

Readily available parking; good location for theme park purposes; A/C and refrigerator worked fine; TV had pretty good picture and sound. Balcony was a nice touch.

The Fitness center was much smaller than I imagined. I had to wait over an hour when checking out for a luggage cart and advised to “Check each floor to maybe find one.”

The location of the property and the room worked out perfectly for my trip.
