Adequately clean, but it could have been better. We found some ants in our room, which I told the staff at checkout, and they thanked me for informing them. The pool was completely overcrowded with loud people partying, acting like it was their own personal area, and the next morning, the hot tub was closed due to "sanitary reasons" aka( I suspect)urine and food in the water. 🤢

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Pleasant, helpful staff.

The breakfast was wonderful, the room was quiet and clean. I particularly appreciated the staff allowing me to use their freezer to freeze my ice packs.

The pool wasn't heated. The walls were so thin you could hear everyone coming and going.

The trash bin at the breakfast needed to be better attended to. The bathroom, in the room, finishing work was undesirable

First floor was too cold for me, A/C set to low. Bed was a memory foam, and I did not like it. The pillows hurt my neck and kept me from getting to sleep. After 2 days I had only 6 hours of good sleep.

Swimming pool and hot tub were nice. Staff were very kind and friendly. Breakfast was good.

I made my request to have a 1st or second floor due to I don’t ride elevators due to claustrophobia. I can only walk one floor at the most with suitcase. Also early check in if possible. the link directly to your hotel was sent to me by booking app. I received no reply, but still thought you were taking care of it. I never have problems when I use booking. my sister and sister in law booked at least a week after me. they did not request anything special. I got there about 25 minutes before them. my room wasn’t ready. then the others arrived. Both got rooms right away. they took their stuff to their rooms and came back downstairs. shortly after I was told the room was ready. when I started to fill out the paper I saw it was a third floor room. I told her I request a Lower floor. she said she doesn’t have any requests she basically said that it must have been bookings fault. I will be contacting them also about this. then I wanted to know if I was the last one to get a room? she said the go by alphabet to get rooms ready so my sisters last name starts with B my sister-in-law’s C. mine with a K. so I was last even though I booked 1st. things are messed up with your system. We needed to get lunch so we were not able to get in our room until we got back. I did get a 1st place room. the next time I come to Rolla for an event I will check some of the other hotels.

beds comfortable. breakfast food and comfortable place to eat breakfast. room very clean. I really appreciated the memorial table for veterans. I have not see anything like that in other hotels. 3 of the 4 people we were traveling with had a husband with complications from Agent Orange. One of the husbands died from that. in this world of disrespect of military and the flag it is great to see a business honoring our military.
