We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

One other thing we arrived at 12: 30am the staff could have been a little more friendly , she said her speech hands me the room key never telling me the room number or where the elevator was...I guess she was tired too

United StatesHowever, the room smelled like smoke or marijuana. The front desk person was unable to provide me with any change so I could get something from the snack machines. There was no complimentary breakfast this morning. The excuse the front desk person gave was that the breakfast attendent just didn't show up. Then, I upon check in I had requested a 9am shuttle service to the airport. The next morning myself, my partner, and three other guests had signed up for shuttle service about the same time. We all had flights with the next hour to hour and a half. We were informed at 8:50 or 8:55 that the employee running the shuttle was stuck in traffic and wasn't able to get there till 9:30am or so. As a result, I had to fork out more money to get an Uber to take me to the airport. Overall, the main reasons I picked this property was location which was good, room but had been smoked in, complimentary breakfast but there wasn't any, and lastly the complimentary airport shuttle service but the shuttle driver did not report to work in a timely manner to meet the guests needs. Overall, I am really disappointed in this property.
The property was update to date interior wise, the room was well layed out. The breakfast area and common areas were nice too.

United StatesIf I were to complain I would note 3 things. One, due to construction it was difficult to get into the place. That is not any fault of yours. Next, I would have like more soundproofing around the door area. You can see light all around the door and hear every conversation that takes place in the hall. Inside the room was thankfully quiet though. Lastly, I grew up in Florida so I am very much aware of the things that go bump in the night. However, we were greeted by 5 large raccoons that were snacking on trash that was just outside the dumpster and then in the room tiny mite like creatures had gathered around a box of food after it had sat on the desk for an hour or so.
I was in town unfortunately for a funeral. Due to my late/early arrival, I didn't want to show up to my family's house at that hour. I was very happy with the fact that the facility is staffed 24/7 and I was able to check in @ 5 am. I could smell breakfast cooking and although I didnt partake it did smell delicious. The room was as described and clean.
