Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesWe stayed on the 2nd floor and could feel the un-evenness of the floor. The beds are not rotated on a regular basis. The bed had a huge dent in one side closest to the night stand. It had clearly never been rotated.
Breakfast was ok. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. enjoyed the water and fresh baked cookies.

United StatesRoom 203 has a sagging mattress that made it hard to rest. The floor is unlevel and when you walk it creaks as well as when the guest walks in the room above. So, I heard a creaking floor all night. I think the desk agent should stand up from the sitting position and acknowledge a guest upon arrival.

Breakfast was great 👍😋 Sausage, biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, fruit cups, yogurt, juice, good coffee, tea, hashbrowns, pancakes, milk (chocolate), oatmeal, toast, cinnamon rolls, multipletypesof cerealbars..... complimentary water and a cookie 🍪 😋 😍 Indoor pool and hot tub facility was a nice way to end the day. Beds and bedding are cozy and comfortable and clean! As well as the bathrooms. We loved the indirect lighting. Convenient having fridge & microwave in the room.

United StatesDisappointed with no counter space at all in room 212, drug the stand alone table from other room to put standard toiletries on. The bathroom seemed to be set up for handicap person not sure if that is how all the bathrooms are now at your hotels but did not request that. Lack of freezer in fridge for all the frozen implements i brought to keep our items cold from checkout time thru a 9 inning game then 6 hr drive home. So yes i used ice from 3rd floor as our floor was out and this was at 10am on Sunday before checkout. i just prefer things that i brought like fruit and cheesesticks not to be in melted ice.
Location to Lyon College as we are from Illinois and our sons school from Joliet, IL was playing 4 games at the school.
