the size of the suite was great but it was very outdated and dirty. the whirlpool was dirty, had a lot of hair from previous people. the smell of the room made me dizzy, it was very moist.

Room smelt moldy, bed was very hard, remote volume was broken and more than half the channels didn't come in, breakfast was egg, sausage, waffles and some bagels. Elevater kept breaking. The fridge in the room smelt like death I gagged when I opened it.

Conveniently located. When the front desk lasy arrived she was friendly.. Price was cheap but you get what you pay for in this case.

There were a number of guests who were children who were very active and noisy throughout the day. Even in the wee hours of the night they were roaming the hall and running through the stairs They were even in the pool after closing.They were playing on the elevator ( which ended being inoperable as a result). The manager did what he could to be respectful, and firm with the children/ teens however, I think he may have been intimidated by them. They ran out of breakfast items before the scheduled breakfast time was over The manager extended the breakfast time to accommodate guests who were unable to have breakfast when the food items were deleted. A good gesture. We had breakfast off site. Too bad, since it was included in our room rate.

The manager was friendly, welcoming and attentive.

Jacuzzi handles were broke. Socks left in bottom dresser drawer and an eyelash on the bathroom floor.

I didn’t like the fact my carpet was badly stained I made sure to let the front desk know immediately! The beds were ok needs more bedding and better pillows! Minor things but can be a big deal for someone else! I’d book there again!

I really enjoyed the location of the Hotel so close to everything made it very convenient! Also liked the parking made it very easy to enter and exit.

Tub had long hair and public hair in the jets. I had to ask for wipes to clean it. Only one remote worked, leaving us shuffling for the kiddo. Pool was cold. Keycards did not work, leaving us to 'bang on the door' and split up as a family, or ask the desk to come and go. Carpet outside the room and in the stairwell smelled, and the room was taking on an odor from it.

The breakfast was nice. Beds and bedding was clean. Hotel was quiet (unoccupied)

Room was not very clean, there were potato chips on the floor in the closet area and in the bathroom behind the door. There weren't any kleenexes in the room. The back of the bathroom door and the dresser cabinet had gooey spots on them. The only armchair in the room was ripped and very stained. Towels were not very big.

Breakfast was alright, standard. Hotel looked nice until we got to our room. Staff, Rosie, was extremely nice and very helpful when our cable remote would not work. Very nice gal! The bed was alright.

Had to move to a different due to some mold concern on the room.

Breakfast, staff friendliness and hospitality. The staff was very accommodating to move us to a different room on night 2.

No too well maintain. I’m talking about our room. I was supposed to get an upgrade, or better said, I paid for it, and we got a room for a wheelchair customer. Very uncomfortable bathroom for us. No shower curtains, a mess. A weird and high toilet. The hand wash basin was broken in many places. The coffee machine was missing a part and impossible to make it work. Early in the morning, we could hear our neighbors talking like they were in our room.

The carpet in the room had pet stains all over it. The faucet in the tub was broken. We only had two very thin bath towels.The breakfast came out of the kitchen cold.

The beds were ok. Property was fairly close to where we wanted to go.

room could be cleaner. One of the beds looked like the sheets was not changed so I requested for extra sheets and changed it myself. Bathroom could be cleaner and room was dusty.

Woman employee in breakfast area was rude and lazy on 7/2/23. Food was scarce and she spent more time on her phone. When we asked for plates, she acted like it was inconvenient for her. Garage cans outside where full and overflowing all weekend.

Dog friendly. Was pleasantly surprised how nice everyone was to our dog. Close to Warren Dunes and St. Joseph.
