We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI didn't like that when I booked, they said their pool was working and when we got there is was completely empty. My kids were looking forward to their down time and swimming, but couldn't. I also didn't like that they only gave us 3 towels for 4 people. Otherwise, everything was good.

United StatesFloors were disgusting with stains everywhere and powder looking stuff. The air conditioner was making a loud rattling and ceiling was bowed in with what looked like water damage. I woke up super congested like maybe there was mold in the ceiling. I expect better for over $200!

United StatesThe receptionist was never at the front desk. She originally checked me in a room where someone had just checked out and the room wasn’t ready for a new guest. You all need to also make sure the dumpster area and the pool areas are staying clean and nice.
The room was clean and bed comfortable however, it needs to be rules enforced for guest with kids. I didn’t get any rest do to doors slamming and kids being loud in next room.

United StatesCheck-in receptionist not at all accommodating. I booked a king suite and walked into a double queen. When I went to the receptionist I was told I would need to take it up with the manager the next day. When I asked about AARP or AAA discount I was told at check-in I would have had to mention that first. Never have had those issues before.

United StatesThe room felt like it had moisture in it. It was cold but had that dewy feeling. My daughter wanted Mommy daughter time so I chose here because of the indoor pool, but it was closed and I wasn't told that until checkin. The internet wasn't that great either.

United StatesJust about everything. When I arrived, they did not have my reservation for 2 rooms. I had to argue with the desk clerk and show her my confirmation email from you to get my rooms at the negotiated price….they wanted to charge me an exorbitant walk in rate. This property is under renovation or so they said. My room had no telephone, no hair dryer, no iron. The indoor swimming pool was closed due to malfunction or repair (this was a main reason for picking this property). The desk clerk at check in was obstinate and not helpful. Today’s clerk at check out was better. I request a refund or dramatic price reduction for this miserable experience and will be counting Chase Sapphire Customer Service about this tomorrow.
