We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBook this location cause it was in a good spot but they didn’t have enough food for breakfast no eggs juice machine broken no cinnamon rolls juice that they put out was warm just old breakfast stuff. I even went to the pool and it was very dirty full of bugs. In the room my shower head didn’t work right the tub when you stepped in made cracking sounds. I usually stay at the holiday express but this location sucks.

United StatesI traveled with two small children. There was extremely LOUD music playing at midnight. The hotel is being refurbished. It seemed to me that the people working there also stayed at the hotel. Will not go back to that one. I was in the breakfast area and a young lady closed the doors and said it's 9:30 time to close. She and some other staff began to fix plates of food. I do not have a problem with anyone eating, I do feel it is wrong to run out customers so they can get food. Hallways were so hot. Laundry was piled in the vending area of the 3rd floor the whole time we were there.

United StatesTameka at check-in was lacking in customer service and unprofessional. I booked it within 40 of arrival while on the hwy. When I got there to check on the tow ladies at the front desk continued their conversation despite me standing there. Then I was told that the suite I paid for wasn’t available, they’re all booked and no other accommodations were offered aside for a two-bed room for five people. When I asked how I would go about getting refund for the difference in rooms, Tameka’s response was “well, it’s the weekend and the rates are higher.” I was perfectly aware of the day and since I booked it within the past 40 minutes, I didn’t need that useless information. Upon getting to our rooms, we past by some foldable cots in the hallway. Perhaps in stead of offering slick and ignorant responses to valid inquiries, she can be offered training on more appropriate customer service. The a/c rattled the whole night so we had to cut it off to get some sleep. Since there were three of us crammed in one bed, we had to sweat or endure a noisy a/c. SMH

United StatesOur first day there, we went to the pool, and there was an African American family, a mother and her 5 kids, that were not staying at the hotel. They had the hose going and were spraying it all over, and the mother was using very "colorful" language, including the F word...a lot. They were all very loud, and it was very uncomfortable. I know they weren't staying at the , hotel because we never saw them there, and asked where they got their towels, and they said their house. Two nights later, we went to the pool later in the evening for drinks and to relax, and the same woman, with a man and another couple they were with, were playing explicit R&B music very loudly and flat out having sex in the pool...both couples. And they didn't care one bit that we were sitting there. I'm pretty sure this woman knows someone on staff and has the green light to go there, but this is totally unacceptable. There was also a Hispanic man that was along with her both times, who was with them, and watching, which was also very strange.
Breakfast very good and the hotel is actually very nice.

United StatesIt was disgusting. Floors are nasty, the pull out was horrible, elevator was slow and there was only 1. Our toilet was terrible with water problems and flushing. Our floor carpet wasnt even put in correctly and gaps were missing. Walls were horribly repainted and that makes the walls break apart faster. I have 4 pictures attached because that was all that was allowed.
