What a strange experience. It's like the staff person didn't want to talk. He asked "did you drive here", I said "yes". He hands us a room key and a little mirror hanger which of course is a parking lot pass. He could have said "please hang this on your mirror", maybe i just don't travel to the cities enough. Then there was no signage to get to our rooms. I turn around and ask "how do we get to the 300s?" He answers and then gets right back to the next person. The minisplit HVAC unit was loud and squealing. I looked at the filter and the blower wheel, it was gross. Thankfully, the weather was colder than normal so we just shut it off.

we were there for a doctors appointment I knew it wasn’t fancy , but a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower and the coffee pot didn’t work bed was clean and comfortable it served it’s purpose also was charged 100$ deposit on arrival which was a surprise

I paid $300 for 2 nights, I didn’t check in the first night because I was traveling by the road I couldn’t make it on time , so I checked in the next day.. they didn’t refund my money from the night I didn’t checked in, this is number one issue number 2 which is a serious issue read carefully if you are the owner!!! they give me one bed in the bottom floor , and it was flooded .. I slipped in the flood in my right side! greenie humidity on the roof and smokey atmosphere inside the room and I told him I don’t smoke! but I took it because I have no choice I don’t want to argue at the middle of the night! I was tired of driving , all I want to fall on any bad to sleep , but it was not clean ! nothing is sanitized , tables with prints on them.. Cigarette ashes on the carpet on the desk and chair, Spit of tequila on the floor the restaurant Lake did just give me the key to enter immediately after someone left before me! AC was dumb, tub was tearing , toilet still with poop spots from the previous guest.. I spent three bottles of alcohol cleaning the room before I slept in it! I zipped my mouth because sometimes when you go talk for your right it goes worse with people you never know what hides in their brain it happened to me one time I complain somewhere at the same time I checked in and they just put mouse in my room so I don’t want to repeat any creepy thank after complaining on time so here we go I’m complaining online I hope my messages understood you got to take care of that place and stop charging people hell of money while you are giving them bad condition rooms! I want to avoid any argument that moment and I didn’t feel safe tbh. My advice to the owner of the property, Sir you need to take care of that place be careful people can’t catch a disease, care of the bottom floor, and sharing pretty pictures and charge people bunch of money to give them a bad condition rooms. Sorry if truth hurts

It’s something just for emergency like you have no choice nowhere to sleep.

first time I stayed I had to extend my trip and they came pounding on my door at 11:30 to sign paperwork. second time I stayed my AC wasn’t working properly the remote to the TV was broken it the mini fridge was broken and never stayed cold so my food wasn’t fresh

when we got In our room the toilet was not cleaned. there was urine on the toilet. asked reception to please send us housecleaning and it was never sent not was our toilet cleaned. had to go to cvs to get disinfectant and clean it myself. Rug was not vacuumed either.

It was not well cleaned and the bed was practically made of springs. The refrigerator didn't work, the light fixtures were hanging out of the ceiling, there were dirty fingerprints on everything (esp the walls & doors), the bottom of the bathtub was peeling up from multiple repair attempts, and several of the towels were dirty. Also, there is no sign visible when approaching on the road (hint: it's across the road from the Pepsi plant). The housekeeping & maintenance staff starts making more noise than a herd of buffalo around 7:30am so if you're there to rest or sleep in just give it up. There is only accessible parking in front of the entrance or on the left side of the building, and we were in the furthest corner of the second floor (not physical disability friendly anywhere really) but it did have an elevator which helped some. There are no room safes.

The staff was wonderful, helpful, and incredibly friendly. The room was huge, with a dividing door between the bedroom area and the sitting room area. Security was top-notch and very quick to eliminate the couple of potential issues that we witnessed while we were there.

Great location! Room was a little dirty and humid. The suite we stayed in was very hot and took a while before the temperature dropped. Pool was smaller than we thought, but my kids didn't seem to mind. Highly recommend to anyone. Can't beat the price! A bonus for us was Busch Gardens was only a 5 minutes drive away! Definetly would come again.

Staff were slow to get checked in. There were two people to the room and only one chair to sit. Not enough towels and no towels for showering.

Other guest letting their kids scream and run around outside at midnight. I think someone should be on duty to monitor those type of situations. In the week I stayed, no one cleaned my room or brought towels to me.
