The internet didn’t accept my room number so there wasn’t wifi and the previous guest had set the alarm so it went off at 5am.

The check in process was complicated. I ended up being given the option of paying a second time or waiting longer, after already waiting an hour an a half, for the hotel staff to address an issue with my reservation through booking (in which I had already paid). Had to address staff and management twice to get the issue resolved, then still got charged an additional $185 that I’ll need to contact staff about to get fixed. Ridiculous.

No house keeping so the room only had a make over approx 4 times in my 10 day stay. Gym a big disappointment. It felt a bit past its sell by date.

I had my reservation number and yet the staff said that my name is booked under a different name. It was embarassing because it was a family trip. I already paid for it and it was a 3 day and 2 night stay. We had to rebook another room though just to find out that the staff had overlooked the room that was booked. Too much of a hassle. But the facilities are good and convenient bec it is 5 min away from the airport.

The room was booked with breakfast included (3 pax) but at the hotel we were only provided breakfast for two, no explanation but that they are the rules of the hotel. We chose this hotel and not others in the area because of the breakfast. There were also ants all over the room.

The weird smells?? The wet floor

The hotel had an eggy smell as we walked in, and then a weird smell in the room. The carpet in our room was wet and when we called reception they said maintenance would come and they never did. Had a terrible sleep and went down for breakfast. The staff are friendly but too busy. The food was not to my taste but it was included. We did like that kids ate free at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

The only issue was that they gave me a room on the top of the building cooling facility, and it was extremely noisy. I was too tired to ask them to change it because our flight was delayed and I got there at 3:30 Am. But because of the noise, I only got a couple of hours of sleep.

A very good hotel with clean, spacious rooms. The wifi was good.

Upon arrival much of the parking lot was dark. We found a spot with light luckily. we then checked in and went to our room. the beds were made, but after pulling down the covers we noticed that the sheets were dirty with Cheeto finger stains (clearly not having been changed). Furthermore, the shower was dirty. it was covered in hair. I went and complained and they changed our room.

The breakfast was delicious. Although Booking says that breakfast is included, it is only for 2 people. we had 2 adults and 2 kids… I had to pay for the 16 year old and the 12 year old did eat free.

I was on a work trip and needed invoice for my company to recover my expenses. This was marked during the reservation. I asked the assistant on the check in to add the company details in the system (name of the company, VAT ID and address). He supposedly did it and didn't say there were any issues. During check out another assistant refused to provide an invoice with the explanation that it was made from third party and booking.com should provide the invoice. We couldn't come to an agreement and he insisted he doesn't have any information on his system and can't print anything for me. Generally it's a problem for business travelers from EU, even though I use the business version of Booking.com I've always had issues in USA and Canada with hotels because the system is different, they don't have VAT and company data fields. However this is the first time they outwrite refuse to give anything for my stay with the explanation that it's booking.com that should issue it and have told me that it's my mistake using it and not having the print receipt is one of the drawbacks.

Being part of the Holiday Inn chain, it has good level facilities and is well maintained.

The hallways and lobby had trash. Some of the staff wasn't very welcoming. The weekend breakfast ran out of food quickly and the server was rude.

The price and the look of the hotel: A lot of cracks, unpainted areas, turned on the heat and it made the room smell like burnt. l noticed the sheet on the bed had a stain too.

Everything. great staff, they made accommodations for our last minute hotel change and new who we were upon arrival and asked us about our concert. the bed was the most comfortable thing I’ve ever slept on.

The pool was very dirty with a lot of dead bugs on the bottom of the pool. There was ashes on our comfortable and had to get a replacement. The location was not bad but hard to find a parking spot if there is an event going on next door.

The breakfast was good with some good options. The location was close to town, etc.
