Bathroom small and hair that was not ours regularly in the bathroom.

The staff and location were excellent. The vibe was wonderful and the front of the hotel and facilities are very well presented.

The air con was very loud in the room and did wake us up in the night. Other than that - we loved it!

Bar staff in the main bar by the restaurant weren’t particularly friendly or helpful. In fact quite rude. A complete contrast to the reception staff and bar staff by the pool who were always very friendly.

Great hotel in many ways. Lovely lounge and bar area and the pool was perfect after days out and open until late for post dinner dips! Our room was fine, bit of a squeeze for 4 but we weren’t in it much. Restaurant on site was really nice for a meal and the cocktails in the bar were good. We used the trolley to get to Universal and also again one evening to go to dinner at City Walk at Universal. We had considered this hotel alongside Loews and The Roosevelt and were so pleased to have chosen this instead. Location so much nicer and hotel much more pleasant for downtime.

Good large parking lot- but very expensive

Really cool place to stay. Pool area is fantastic and has a nice vibe. The on-site restaurant is exceptional-great food, setting and value. A lovely surprise was the available very clean laundry- had piles to catch up on after travelling for so long - sooo convenient- coin operated. The cleanliness was outstanding room cleaners need to be congratulated

Traffic noise at the back of the hotel.

Beautifully decorated in retro California style. Loved the detail. Pool area was such a lovely place to hang out in the evening. Great shuttle service to Universal.

It was a bit pricey but it was such a lovely place to stay at the end of our holiday.

The pool area was kept very tidy by the staff and they ensured that the sun beds always had clean towels when someone left the pool area. In the evening the trees around the pool were lit with fairy lights and it became a lovely place to chill out with food after a day at the parks. The hotel has a quirky, homely feel and we loved the 70s inspired decor. The free shuttle bus to Universal and the laundry room were bonuses.

the parking situation was bad coming and going. But When I talked to the front desk they gave me a refund.

The pool was the best. Really comfy beds, great location and loved the Universal Studios shuttle. Loved the pool bar, and the vibes were great. I also enjoyed the onsite restaurant.

The hotel is right next to the freeway. Recommend using the AC on continuously to mask the noise of traffic.

Excellent location for Universal with free, regular trolley. Excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Plenty of space. Good pool with bar. Good gym. Laundry room was an unexpected bonus.

The temperature should be a bit higher in the hot tub. It's not warm enough to give any therapeutic value.

Our room was facing the freeway which was quite loud in the night. They could offer noise canceling machines in those rooms.

The grounds were beautiful including the pool and inner courtyard. The restaurant located adjacent to the hotel served delicious food!

Nothing, only one observation was that the air-conditioning unit was quite loud but that is more of an observation than anything else.

Great location, like a little oasis of calm but close to everything, complimentary shuttle to Universal. Food was great, room was nice and the staff were exceptional from the porter who provided a really friendly welcome to everyone else really lovely stay
