Parking was a minor problem but cant really complain about it.

Very clean, staff was very nice- Believe the restaurant was in transition from the sign on the outside, but food was good and main waitress was very nice. Didnt see all the “dogs” I read about in reviews, they had a convention going on but didnt intefere with us at all! The pillow “problem” you see in reviews- you just call and get the type of pillow you need - and bed was fine to us- I think some people like to complain!!! Nothing is like your bed, though!! And didnt have any major noise complaints- we were at the end of the hall. And on the 8th floor.

Breakfast wasn't complimentary for being so expensive. It was so crowded in the pool that kids couldn't ever swim. The fold out couch has stains. And was very uncomfortable. Heard a dog barking.

Breakfast cost $12 and it's not included in the price for the room Ice machine was down and I was to tired to go get ice so didn't get it There was not USB plugs where I could plug in my phone charger called down to front desk to ask if they had a box or something we could use for the night or even buy and was told no so my phone wasn't able to charge overnight. This is the first hotel I have stayed at that did not have USB charging ports in the room at all

We were hoping the motel would have been closer to the interstate (I35). It was further from the interstate than we anticipated. The walls felt paper thin as we were able to hear the television and conversation in the next room.

No breakfast???? Its more of a "downtown" type of hotel than set up for touring on the highway.

Everything was just as expected, including the Jacuzzi, which was lovely. Beds were good. Outlets were good. TV had a good selection and a good remote. Shower was ok.

Staff is friendly and facilities are nice. The bar/restaurant in the hotel is a great amenity! Our room AC did not work, so we contacted the front desk. The maintenance men couldn’t fix it, so got us moved right away and gave us free breakfast for the next morning. Mario and Jerry were great!!

The only thing I was kind of disappointed in was that this hotel didn't have breakfast. But that wasn't too big of an issue because there are many breakfast restaurants not far from the hotel.

The hotel was very central or not far from many great tourist locations that are in Wichita! The hotel staff was also very friendly and helped us with anything that we needed!

My room never received clean towels,(I had to go to front desk), the trash wasn't removed and the bed was never made. We gave housekeeping until 3:30pm everyday before we gave up. We stayed for 3 days!

The pool, jacuzzi, and patio was very pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for our plans.

Breakfast was advertised, however at check in we learned that they only do breakfast, as an extra fee with the room, when they are full. This should be clear on your site. Yes breakfast was available for purchase at the restaurant, I was looking for breakfast buffet. We chose to stay here again after staying in July and the breakfast was very good.

We could not get access for the internet, even after we called the front desk and they sent someone to our room we still couldn’t access it. Then I saw that I was charged $20 extra above the room charge.
