No kettle in room however there is hot water beside reception counter. Just need to touch up ( refurbished ) toilet basin with some stain & toilet roll holder a bit rusty due to the material. Possible to provide lotion. Overall still acceptable

When we book it is second affordable price for us. Family own motel. Eazy access by walking distance to Thai Town, groceries market (99 & target mart ), pharmacy, fast food restaurants, Marshall & WSS for shopping within 0-3km radius. About 30 min walking distance Hollywood walk of fame. 15 to 20 min drive to place of interest. Centralised located. Free carpark & spacious n comfy bed & room. Owners are very negotiable person & understanding. Building without lift ( ground & first floor) if you are handicap or need room arrangements I am sure you will manage to get early arrangements as the motel staff are a reasonable person & subject to availability) For safety part main door will close at 10pm however another entrance at parking is available. We feel safe

My only two issues - the towels were quite small and I wish that there was a bedside light. Had to switch the light off at the door and use my phone as a torch to get to the bed

Walking trough an alley to get in at night was kinda strange. With the type of derelicts around the area I understand why the front stays closed at night (but still uncomfortable)

Personel is very helpful, the shower and toilet fault in our room was fixed very quickly. During fixing we were offered another room to took a shower. The room service is available every day and on demand as well. Coffee service is available 24 hours. We recommend this hotel, everything is consistent with the desctription.

The only problem is that the sound isolation with the other rooms is not very good, you could hear the noise of other guests, especially on weekends.

The room was very comfortable. They did the cleaning every day, and the staff was excellent. All very friendly. Central location, close to Hollywood attractions, food and a target right across the street.

The area is kinda sketchy but not too concerning, tad expensive for my taste but I did book it late.

The staff was nice, check-in/out was very simple. Fun fact the hallways don't have window glass but bars instead.

The floor was a little dirty, which I noticed when my feet got dirty. The bath towels were fairly small and thin, so not good for drying after a shower.

I was able to park at the rear of the property, but parking is limited given the number of rooms , but more than adequate most nights, I gather. There is no breakfast, but they provide coffee and hot water in the morning so I could make a porridge oats breakfast. There are bus stops nearby to travel down Sunset Boulevard, which I did for my evening meal at The Saddle Ranch. Target is opposite, Ralphs's and Baskin Robins nearby towards Hollywood Boulevard where you can also catch the metro train to anywhere in LA region. So excellent location. The room was generally clean. The TV was OK but a little small give the size of the room. The room had a table and chairs and an office chair with a desk area alongside a padded bench area under the TV. Bathroom was OK. The room was in the middle of the property on the ground floor and I could not hear any road noise. Close to Griffith Park.

Kind of grungy area with homeless people close but hotel very clean. Rooms are spartan....bed, TV, small table and two chairs, small refrigerator, hard bed but very clean, friendly check in person. Parking in back of building but you have to go up a small alley that is tough to see and recognize as access to parking. Don't get me wrong, this is a nice hotel in what has become a truly dirty, grimy, city of Hollywood with homeless people, and garbage on sidewalks throughout and it's reasonably priced with friendly staff.

There was only two pillows.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. The location was perfect for what I had planned. Walgreens and Target where literally right out the door.

Around the hotel en de Red-Line Metro (Homeless people. Makes the streets u safe. Also there was some mild groing on the sealing of the bathroom.

Room had an odd smell, could have been a bit cleaner. Was hoping for a thicker blanket. Quite thin walls, could hear other rooms. Located on a busy street too, so you will hear the traffic, especially in the morning hours.

Price for location is very great and probably tough to beat! Nice free parking in the backyard, not visible from street, which feels more secure. Simple room, had a big bed, a fridge, bathroom with a hair dryer. Good for a short stay.
